As a Thai, you made me and all of Thai people proud Champ, plus you're English is perfect, not many can do what you're doing. Keep winning more and more Champ!
I have a question. I ve been to Thailand and noticed that not many Thai people speak English. What is the reason of it? Is it difficult because different way of writing or is there a different reason?
@@marpol111 Man even in France most people don't speak english or just have an extremely basic level, most of the world don't speak english besides USA + common wealth countries and ex british colonies + maybe germany/nederlands and scandinavian countries, even Japan which is the wealthiest asian country (per capita) people don't really speak english that well, and it's simply because they don't really need to and have the occasion to practice
Long bag: Bag that allows use of full range of techniques, stays relatively stationary; not realistic for emulating fights, but excellent to really take time to ensure proper technique is being used. Short(er) bag: Lighter and more mobile bag, shortened length removes the ability to train low kicks, but all other techniques can still be used; much better at emulating a moving opponent. Heavy bag: Similar to short(er) bag, but heavier and harder to move, this allows one to really focus on power, though it is advised really learning and practicing proper technique before using this bag as intended, to prevent injury. Sphere bag: Smaller, softer bag; great for working elbows along with punch combinations Water bag: Similar to sphere bag, filled with water, making it easier on the hands and joints; water bags are made of rubber, so use of elbows is ill advised.
Awesome job superbon! Your English is getting incredible! Also I bought some stuff from your website it is incredible! I will be praying for you on your next fights
I will definitely come to train with you at some point in Bangkok. Thank you for the video and this detailed guide on using bags. Sparring techniques for beginner to advanced would be great, along with tips on clinching perhaps. Otherwise just anything you post on training is awesome, and appreciated. Thank krub! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I had the huge honor and luck to meet him at a siminar in Switzerland, in the summer 2022. Fantastic fighter and voach we could really feel his love for the art and for people. Great memory. I still have his firm on my gloves ❤

What I want to know is when your tshirts will be back in stock!? The black ones are always out - super popular. I’m always keen to support and that’s one way I can show thanks. Loving your instructional videos!
Awesome video on your demo in the gym. Training Muay Thai is in a different level on it's own. I love it. Thank you again SuperBon. By the way, your English is good. Wow. Very impressed. Hope you do a seminar in Southern California someday. Take care and keep training hard.
This is a great video! My dream is to come to Bangkok to train with at your gym. Thank you for breaking down the different bags I learn a lot from this now. Khob Khun Krup 🙏
Hey Superbon, Great instruction on the proper use of each bag, very informative, and I wish I could only speak Thai a fraction of your ability to speak English
Amazing video, you're a good teacher Superbon! Can you make a video about how to BREATHING in the training and in the fight? Please. And thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Thanks man that was great! I like my bag hung high as possible. I’m just a backyard idiot but It’s great for foot work as your always moving around.. I would hang a bag off your rafters in the middle of the ring, you could chase it down into every corner, that would be fun!
Good explanations on how all those bags are using. I have custom made more like a boxing bag. And i lowered her, so i can do low kicks, high kicks, and bag also have some movement. But anyway, please make more videos on heavy bags. I love them 😉👊
