At Superbooth 2024, Vincent from Syma Forma showcased their unique analog soundscape synthesizer , ALT . Designed to create immersive atmospheres and evolving sounds, ALT is Divided into three sections, five oscillators with different waveforms and scales, panning controls, a stereo filter inspired by the Korg MS-20, and a stereo delay for added depth. The modulation section includes two LFOs, a random generator, and an envelope follower for dynamic sound shaping.
The upcoming Kickstarter campaign, launching on May 22nd, offers early adopters a chance to pre-order the instrument for $790 before production in November. The company plans to gather feedback at Superbooth to refine features and aims to have a third prototype by mid-July.
