i am with you, alot of android boxes don't do these coding. so for some of it is a big deal.

I do not understand, how someone could ask this question. the names you have mentioned you need to have a subscription and you need to install the apps on this box to use, and you wont get High Definition quality for them anyways so use your firestick for them.

Try factory reset from your homepage select the settings icon then select device preferences then select reset then select erase then select erase everything after your box preform factory reset reconnect your internet then download your desired apps

Try clicking the mouse button on remote and move cursor over speaker icon then hit OK

Check with there support team and update me with resolution

Hey mines came with a high speed transmission security and stability memory card do you know what that's for?

I fixed it by cleaning cache, using an Ethernet cable and choosing WiFi. No more buffering. Also, using the spaceship to delete memory.

i would suggest you login to google playstore and update or get better one like Chrome

try to figure out if this is happening only on few channels that you watch? if it is contact there support and see what they can process to help or tells you if there is some sort of a block on your end to fix. remember to provide the info here, what they indicate. that way we can also relay the info to them and see the resolution. sorry doing it this way, there are alot of fake news around that is all.
