Since there's a lot of notes in the final build section and it could be hard to read on a RU-vid video, I uploaded it separately here: imgur.com/a/ruGviwy
If I run S5 Post-Op Conversation on her can I switch energy rope out for a break effect rope? Hitting 200+ Break effect seems rather impossible without a break effect rope.
Uhh i have a doubt about Lingsha, 4pc eagle set is not useful on her because of she doesn't depend too much of speed and the action forward to have more actions and her ult? I read in another guide about the option to put that set on her but I don't know how much value it has against the ones you mention.
Lovely to see how you pointed the Lingsha vs Gallagher topic. The majority of plp would just fight over "x is better than y" when they can simply co-exist. Awesome vid 🙏
@@xenoemblem7People are wrong when they say she’s a minor upgrade. Lingsha is a sidegrade to Gallagher. The pros of Gallagher rely on massive SP positivity, high toughness damage, and QPQ synergy. The pros of Lingsha is that she does a lot of damage/toughness and auto cleanses, less SP positive than Gallagher. People aren’t necessarily wrong when they say that she is comparable to Gallagher, and thus is not worth pulling.
You even considered listing non-Abundance cones for her Crit build, when some other content creators are going as far as to dodge the Gallagher vs Lingsha topic. I still haven't seen anyone else talking about Crit Lingsha seriously, further solidifying the fact you're my favorite HSR content creator.
idk why people try to make one seem better or redundant to the other, saying how she's just another gallagher. you know whats better than one gallagher? TWO GALLAGHERS!!!
But you know what is better than two Gallaghers? A Gallagher and whoever the next big support is. Especially when most players already have a Gallagher and 1-2 premium sustains. I’m not denying she is good but resources are limited for most players and as long as we are staying alive we don’t need new sustains. The trend has been that enemies are quickly getting more and more health but they aren’t doing much more damage which furthers the need for the dps and support characters more than sustains.
@@Gerz970 my point here is the fact that a lot of people would undermine a character's value based off "pull value" or "investment value" alone, even though they're not intrinsically the same thing. ofc even i don't plan on pulling for her since i already have like 3 other premium sustains but that doesn't mean she's weak. she may not be a must pull if you have other sustains, but she's still a strong character with a rly good E1 too. i already have feixiao and firefly in my acc, and i certainly don't need anymore DPS units. does that automatically mean Acheron is weak since i don't need another DPS in my team? not saying that's what you lot are saying in the replies but that's just the argument im trying to debunk with my original comment.
This reminds me of when kazuha was released and people said he was 5* sucrose, or when yelan was first released and people kept comparing her with xingqiu. In the end putting both yelan and xingqiu together as double hydro ended up being the meta LOL
@@lweo_0499Do you remember how people say kokomi is babra pro max and even when she becomes meta they don't use them together because you don't need two healers on the team.Do you remember when people say itto is Noelle pro max and that he will be niche?Well he is.There are times when they say something and it's correct.Sure lingsha might be better after more characters but that time is not now.And when that time comes she will also eventually rerun so it's safer to just save if you already have good sustains
It was to make space for the subtitles, I thought that not seeing the HP bar is a minor inconvenience since this is still a guide, not a showcase. I do appreciate feedback so let me know if it was that inconvenient.
@@LisaraScarletI get what your intentions were but it just..feels incomplete, like "you were eating french fries but there's nothing to dip them in" kind of incomplete
@@LisaraScarlet I see, I think I still prefer the way you've always done it before, but with your intentions in mind, it is not a bad change, I am probably just not used to the new look.
Nice easy to understand guide. I'm looking forward to slotting her in on my Firefly and Feixiao teams... I'm even gonna squeeze her into my Acheron team as one of the few sustains that can inflict debuffs (no aventurine here...). Too bad her debuff is on ult and not fuyuan or she would've been insane for Acheron.
Nice video i actually wasnt aware of the 4pc thief crit setup so im definitely considering this for my lingsha. Gonna be using her crit build with Topaz Jade and Robin so itll be a powerful squad full of dmg
The hp bar being cut off feels off, especially for a break unit in a break comp showcase/gameplay. I know its a guide not a showcase, but its like pizza with no crust, it just doesn't feel right
Man i never thought Crit lingsha would be at all viable but guess it'll be fun to have an "Abundance" Aventurine in the team. Even if her debuff isn't as great for non break related teams it's still great to see her deal a decent amount of AoE DMG as a sustainer
Ok, but I have a question about FUA Teams. Who is better? Lingsha or Aventurine? Because there are rumours of his retun next patch and I still don't him but I have Feixiao and Robin
There's little difference between the two. I'd say that one is better than the other if they are fighting against enemy weak to them. In FUA team, Lingsha has a strong synergy with Robin because the massive ATK Robin gives improves Lingsha's offense unlike Aventurine who scales on DEF.
I think when people compare Gallagher to Lingsha, they are primarily comparing E6 Gallagher to E0 Lingsha so the toughness dmg is more comparable to one another. I'd say the biggest factor though is just one is a unit that someone may already have and the other takes jades. I went all in on Fei to get her E2 so I already made a choice to skip her and many other banners to facilitate that. Me already having E6 Gallagher was a factor to that as well. Really good review though. Her E1 is pretty strong.
I plan to pull her and swap her between follow up team and dot team. I skipped break units because I didn't want to remove Ruan Mei from dot team so maybe it will be like a hybrid dot and break team. I'm my Fua team she will be with Jade E1 and Fei xiao
Is there a way to make a build that is overall viable for both crit and break playstyles? The thief + signature one seemed like it would do the job but I'd like to ask your opinion on that.
i'm so conflicted on getting Lingsha or not. i'm using both superbreak teams, and currently since Yunli and Feixiao also FOllow up teams i have E6 gallagher, but i also kinda want aventurine for the follow up teams. But knowing that Lingsha can benefit both teams is a real struggle, since both sustain can be slotted into any teams that's a tough one
I'm hoping to use Lingsha as a sub dps or main dps for pure fiction. I already have firefly, but Firefly is so strong I don't want to use her, LOL. I'd rather have fun and make an abundance unit as strong as possible.
Idk man I have a feeling the game would put many mobs that can do aoe CCs in maybe 3.0 update just to sell Lingsha rerun. After all they won't be releasing sustain characters frequently
Had 180 pulls saved, went to 80+ pulls twice and Lost the 50/50 for her E1 at 82 pity.... would have had 80% def ignore for my E2 Firefly... goddamnit.
how do you believe lingsha will perform long term? compared to someone like huohuo who at times seems like she just cannot keep up with the amount of damage enemies deliver, or aventurine who keeps his teams perfectly safe with his follow up shield refresh, do you think lingsha has a chance of sticking around as well-rounded limited sustain? is the nature of abundance to eventually be outdamaged, or is the most we can hope for that she will simply always have a place in super break teams?
There's no point in pulling for her tbh. You already have huohuo and aventurine. Huohuo bis for dot and counter atk team rn Aventurine for followup Lingsha for break but e6 gallagher as sidegrade. There's no point at all if u got all these charas
@@takuyamishima8 ah, there’s a slight misunderstanding here. i dont have huohuo or aventurine (or e6 gallagher for that matter). this isn’t a matter of “should i pull?”. rather its a question regarding whether lingsha’s sustaining capabilities will last long term. my opinion at the moment is that due to the sheer amount of healing sources lingsha has (talent+skill+ult+ult advancing fu yuan+ a6 passive), she will stay a viable and comfortable sustain to slot comfortably in most teams, but im curious what others believe.
@@cherryyeen For healing comfort, significantly better than all abundance in the game, but still not as comfortable as Aventurine and Fu Xuan. This is really because DMG reduction > total healing from your sustain slot for comfort, as no amount of healing in the world will save your squishy carry from getting sniped and oneshot. But remember that comfort doesn't determine a sustain's value, but rather how much more they provide on top of that.
i have been playing around since beggining... if you want long term suntain go for Aventurine... BUT it depends on content you are doing as well, my main sustain was Fu Xuan she does great, but is very weak vs enemy teams with heavy AoE focus since she absorb too much damage and die, Aventurine shield are good but they also can break vs fast enemies that do a lot of damage... Healing on the other hand cannot save you from 1 shot attacks, also if the enemy team decide to focus on one menber, for the moment you can heal, he/she may be already dead, but they have their place in game too... Jingliu can kill your party if the figth drag for too long, when i figth Kafka i am 100% more confortable with Huo Huo in my team instead of Fu Xuan, i think Lingsha is a nice addition as a offensive sustain. The only content i am more confortable with Conservation instead of Abundance is in the simulated Universe, specially with higher difficult after some point almost everything can 1 shot the whole party... i think Lingsha will find their way in content with limited turns but you need a sustain or you cannot survive... (rigth now i think she is perfect for Pure Fiction).
I lost the 50/50 and am considering grinding to hit the guaranteed hard pity again. Excellent guide, as always. I have some questions that you or others can answer. Is it fair to say that she is slightly below Aventurine and above the other sustains in MoC/AS in terms of account value(I will list my teams) while being equal to or above Aventurine in PF? And how is her value in Simulated universe’s highest diffiuclties? I am not hard-focused on only MoC; I want good clears on all 3 modes. Note that I already get full stars on all of them, but I want to get more comfortable/better clears. Characters that I have built: Feixiao, Firefly, Acheron(s1), Ruan Mei, Bronya(e1), Herta(of course!), Himeko, Robin, Hunt 7th, Sparkle, Tingyun, Pela, Gallagher(e4), Luocha, Fu Xuan, Kafka, Black Swan, Jiaoqiu, Dr. Ratio, Silverwolf, Seele, HMC. Possibly relevant characters that I don’t have: Aventurine, Topaz, Clara, Jade, Huo Huo, Boothill. If you need more info before answering, please feel free to ask.
Thank you for such a good guide. Btw is there any replacement to Robin in Critical Lingsha team ? Since my Robin's attached with fua team (Feixiao, Adventurine, M7/Topaz) but I had Luocha's signature light cone...
Ruan Mei is still a very good team-wide buffer for other setups than Break. Although if you're pairing her with RM, you might as well go Break Lingsha at that point.
nice video, but i was wondering personally if there was a build more geared for using her as a regular sustain, ideally in the feixiao team as an aventurine sidegrade (downgrade technically if you ask some people but idc i dont have him lol) that isnt the crit build because i frankly dont think i have the resources necessary to do all that investment for her lmao
If you really got no alternatives for her Crit build, you can just go for a fast build using 2pc Messenger + 2pc Break. Planar can be any of those that boosts allies damage.
I told myself to save for 2.7… I told myself I didn’t need her… I told myself I had 30 tickets saved post robin and Feixiao that I’m set. I told myself just one ten pull. I told myself just one more… and she came home.. I told myself I didn’t need the lc… I got the lc ten later… I never have this luck… Now I cut my hands off my tickets until 2.7….
I know this may sound like a dumb question but I have e6 s1 sparkle, do I still need luocha LC for optimal performance in crit build lingsha or can I just settle with attk chest?
Like the other guy have said, it makes her mid at both so just pick one ideally. Full break build but with a CR body and Fire DMG sphere is somewhat still a hybrid should be better than literally splitting your investments.
In regard to your comment at the end of the video for newer players, on a new account would you prioritize her E1, Lingsha signature, or Luocha signature? If I built her for break, I don't think I'll be able to get a break DPS besides Hunt March since jades are too tight to go for more than Ruan Mei. I'd need to be crazy lucky to be able to get Firefly on rerun, especially since I specifically would want her E2. My only limited DPS is Feixiao, and I was thinking of using Lingsha on a separate team as her own DPS. I do have Robin who would go with Lingsha. I'd appreciate advice on where to go from here!
In your case, signature seems better but you could plan something like getting Lingsha's E1 for now then pull for Luocha's signature once he gets his rerun.
Light cones with high base atk, so they can inflate Lingsha's atk stat. She mentioned the ones with this much base atk (Imbibitor's, Acheron's etc) because none of the Abundance LC provides a lot of Atk except Luocha's
@@airishushiBut even in the info graph is does lightcones best to worst and includes images of all the non-abundence light cones, which doesn't make sense since they're not actual options you can pick.
@@gwterror Wym? You can equip the LCs from other paths, just not use their secondary effects. Thats why its said "635 atk cone", you would be using them as pure atk stat stick for Crit Lingsha, which will generally better than the ones below
@@rizkyhidayat147 Lingsha's signature improves Gallagher's healing if you're struggling to build his BE stats. The vulnerability debuff it provides makes Gallagher have more teamplay. It is definitely nice to have but as I've mentioned QPQ Gallagher is still very strong. Up to you.
How bad are her SP problems in Superbreak teams if you don't have E1 FF? Would it be enough to push Multiplication as her LC higher? I have noticed being a little tight on SP even with Gallagher, though the superior healing and debuff cleaning from Lingsha might make up for that, especially if I ever E on Gallagher.
@@LisaraScarlet Thanks for your reply. Yes, not having Aventurine, I would like to use a Feixiao/March 7th/Robin/Lingsha team. So I will use the crit build as you suggested.
The video is great and it's nice that you also included the Crit builds, but is there any chance you'd hire a VA instead of using AI voices? It's very distracting and a content creator of your level can definitely afford the expense - it's not like every video of yours is dubbed either. Keep up the good job
Why did you say investing into limited sustain is questionable then also recommend E1S1 for new players because it’s a permanent QOL…isn’t pulling light cone for sustain just really poor investment in general?
I did explain the reasoning for my final words, no? If you're a veteran and is actually playing the game, do you ever need limited sustains? No. New players have a lot of resources but they can lack characters to fill their teams, an E1S1 Lingsha is basically a damage dealer, AOE, sustain and a debuffer, that's massive value for them.
@@LisaraScarlet but E1S1 risks losing 50/50 several times on a banner that is kinda bad for a new player (Misha/Natasha not too amazing for 4 stars) while also ultimately being a worse investment for new player since DPS banner is bound to come out in 20 days that will offer way better value for a new account than an eidolon and lc for an abundance… Not to mention for e1s1 lingsha to work well you want the support/dps cast to make it work, which new players are less likely to have. I could see her eidolon and lc worth considering for rerun, but idk about a new player
@@LisaraScarlet ok, but I’m just asking you a question about your opinion for clarification and trying to have a dialogue about the current banner, are you saying you’d value lingsha e1s1 for new players even with the potential 50/50 loss and keeping in mind Misha and Natasha are the 4 star rate ups ? You’d say e1s1 lingsha is a better investment strategy for new players than waiting for next banner to get more 4 stars (expand roster) and dps 5 star?
@@LisaraScarlet ahh sucks to hear, I do hope you still enjoy the game. I'd say the room for theorycrafting in HSR is far bigger than WuWa, which is more content 😅. Looking forward to future vids!
how much benefit does an e1/e2 ff benefit from lingsha given the lower sp consumption? is it enough to justify pulling even if i have 2 limited sustains?
To make space for the subtitles. All the background videos were uploaded as Early Access videos so if you want to watch them, check out my previous videos.
Firefly teams don't really need a sustain, wouldn't it be better to just vertically invest in getting E1/2 FF over pulling Lingsha at all? And she seems overall worse than Aventurine in FUA teams too and weaker than him as a sub-DPS, her damage numbers are way lower than his. Kinda disappointed :/ They should've made her physical so that Boothill would appreciate her. Firefly is literally the one character that absolutely does not need a sustain atm. It's not even Gallagher vs Lingsha, break teams are so easy to go sustainless.
Should I pull for lingsha for break team and use Gallagher for Feixiao Robin team or should I just pull for Aventurine for Feixiao and use Gallagher for break team?
Gallagher with QPQ is unnecessary with Feixiao Robin team because Feixiao along with another FUA will generate enough energy for Robin. Gallagher can stay in your break teams. Pull Lingsha or Aventurine for your FUA teams.
fvk i had pieces of valor from farming Yunli nonstop but if i get her LC i need to farm thief T-T Still ty so much for the guide ! Cant wait for her Im skipping robin e1 for linghsa plz dont do this lmao
I doubt i'll have the resources but is her e1 or s1 more valuable? I dont have luochas ce, and intend to use her as fua sustain since i dont have aventurine, and leave gallagher on my break team
As explained in the guide, 20% DEF reduction alone is just 11% damage increase while her LC provides 18% damage increase. In the case of FUA teams that rarely stacks DEF reductions, then her LC is better.
@@LisaraScarlet oh yeah sorry. I guess i wasn't explaining well. Sorry. Was just wondering what the relic and planars would be if she'd be mainly on the fei jade robin team. And what the general stat goals are? Again sorry and thank you for taking time to respond!
@@ryosendoh Just use something like 2pc Messenger + 2pc Break. Make her as fast as possible so she can generate a lot of skill points. 160 speed should be a good stat goal. Other stats aren't as important.
I don have any 5 star healer. Been using Lynx as main healer for my Jingliu hyper carry team. Would Lingsha able to replace lynx's role as a better healer/sustain?
I mean she would just do a better job in general because more heals and dispels, as well as doing decent damage on her own. She doesn’t really provide specifically anything to Jingliu though. Lynx could buff atk and redirect attacks to Jingliu for energy purposes, except that’s probably outclassed by Lingsha just being stronger.
Ok, I got her. Lol. Something I noticed while using her. I hyper carry Jingliu with Bronya and Sparkle to allow Jingliu enter spectral state more often, sometime Lynx have difficulties keeping up with the healing from the team wide HP drain of Jingliu, since Lynx's skill can only heal 1 character. Lingsha's consistent team wide heal allow me to keep up with the HP drain. I would say she does a better job than Lynx for me. Pretty sure she would do better after I manage to gear her, my Lingsha currently using Lynx's gears which are heavily focus on HP stats, not much attacks and break stats. LOL. More farming.......
There's minimal difference between the two but Lingsha is synergistic with Robin not only because of her FUAs but also because she scales with ATK. Aventurine however is very comfy to use for SU/DU runs.
Characters like this are the reason I get to laugh at the game for trying to laugh at me. So many dps pieces go to shit while enhancing, and what do you know, I resentfully keep them to put in a subdps down the line. Hoarders win
I am pulling her and getting her e1 and she will be the last abundance character i get for at least a year.. i have 3 healers and 1 aventurine.. i am good in sustainers after her
