The Supercam S350, a reconnaissance drone developed by the Unmanned Systems Group of Companies, made a notable debut at the 5th International Defense Industry Exhibition (ADEX-2024) in Baku, Azerbaijan. This lightweight drone features a unique flying wing design, capable of transmitting video communication over distances exceeding 70 kilometers. It serves multiple purposes, including aerial monitoring in both visible and infrared spectrums, aerial photography, and laser scanning. The drone is equipped with a catapult-assisted launch system, which allows for rapid deployment in various operational environments, while its parachute landing system ensures safe recovery after missions.
The Supercam S350 has demonstrated its versatility and effectiveness in both civilian and military applications, recently excelling during exercises organized by the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in Kyrgyzstan. Its compact size and lightweight nature make it highly transportable and easy to operate, even in challenging conditions. The Unmanned Systems Group is committed to furthering UAV technology and plans to explore the establishment of service centers in the Caspian region to support local operators, alongside potential local production facilities to enhance their market presence .
