I just found out that they ran a special NASCAR at Le Mans… initially it passed all the GTE cars and even some LMP2 cars! Then the gearbox exploded, and it took them an hour to get back on the track. Still, mighty impressive and perhaps a sign of some things to come for NASCAR. Not a Nascar car,good marketing by Nascar but lets be real that car cant race in any Nascar series.Lets change an F1 car to run in a Nascar series & i bet that wont be an F1 car.

Wow! Having only picked up on RR3 late 2019, Supercars and their events were no longer available, but I had been curious about them, after hearing you mention the Falcon in one of your earlier videos for endless endurance at the Porsche Test Track (which is also a great video). I’m an Aussie and would have enjoyed having access to the series, mainly for the fun factor of fulfilling a childhood dream of racing at Bathurst. Thanks for taking time to putting this together and posting. 👍

I have always wondered about those cars as they are the only ones not in my full garage . Thanks so much bud for giving me that little "taste" . It always bothered me that these cars were going to be missing from my garage but now not so much .

I kinda miss the Supercars content, especially after managing to get the 2016 cars but not the others sadly. And honestly, these cars having the worst brakes is a trip. So trippy that I had to double check if they have the worst brakes IRL by asking on a motorsport podcast. Turns out they probably brakee just like the other touring cars, but you can't help thinking of some gutsy moves with these cars in real life. For example, Scott McLaughlin during the Gold Coast 600.

I remember driving the Holden when its LTS came out in October 2017 but no recollection of how I felt about it. I didn't get the 2016 or 2018 ones because I wasn't in the game, but I skipped the 2017. I know you said we weren't missing out on much but the curiousity really does strike sometimes. Thanks for making this, it's rare to find good RR3 Aussie supercars footage from the post-9.5 graphics!

Good point! The replay in top right looked so much better then before, I hadn’t thought about the graphics update being the reason. I haven’t driven these for years. Had to do a few test runs before recording, the brakes got me in trouble a few times😅

Ahhhhhh the Supercars!! A blast from the past!! I do have all of the V8 Supercars, though I haven't raced them in years. I didn't mind them, though you're aren't lying about the brakes!! LOL. I remember someone saying with these cars "Brake early, then "glide" through the turns. The high mechanical grip allowed the cars to get through turns faster, and also get on the throttle early.

You might be remember DTM back in 2016 or 17, when They Added the BMW M4 Experience Racing and the Mercedes C63 Touring Car. And a week ago, i buyed the C63 Touring Car, and i don't know if DTM Returned or not, but for me it was a great car.

i was looking at the thumbnail and thought yooo i havent seen this car ever in rr3! thanks for showing us newer fans what they were like! btw i had a question. i played this game when the nascar limited series was out. now i have my own serious account, but back then i didnt so now i dont have the nascar i won. do you know or think that the nascars will ever come back? those were pretty fun days, i miss them 😢 thanks again emmie :)

@PlayGames-nb6fz you’d have to search through these patch notes and find when the 2015 NASCAR season arrived. I don’t know which update it was. I’m pretty sure they had already changed it by 2016. rr3.fandom.com/wiki/RR3_Wiki:Patch_Notes

@@ME7_RR3 2016-18 NASCARS were removed on January 1st, 2019. The 2019 NASCARS were removed April 2nd, 2019. M$ NASCAR's for each year were removed in January of 2021, 2022, and 2023 respectively. So you'll probably need 6.6 or before.

Me7, glad to see you bring back some nostalgia from back when! Here's some from back when. Remember when the WTT was 4 individual weeks and if you didn't have one of the cars in any of the 4 weeks you didn't get any currency. Also no gold up to group D. Only R dollars.

Wow, I had a thing for a while, but I do remember that! Also, with online multiplayer, there was no chance of getting gold unless you were very high ranking. There have been some good changes to the game.

Having a hiatus from the game from 2016 to 2019, I don’t really mind missing these V8 SuperCars because of their poor braking distances for a race car, and after checking the Fandom page, they did not really have any sales at the period they were in the game. Though they are really interesting to drive!

It's so sad I have to download someone else's save to just drive "normal" looking sedans. Closest car in the game currently to this is the Jaguar XE SV Project 8. Why can't RR3 just let us enjoy more touring cars.

In my original profile I had some of these cars, but, lost them cause I made the mistake of playing the game too long offline which fouled up my profile when I did go back on. They certainly were different.

Hi ME7, thanks for making this video! A quick versus scenario. What car do you think would win in a head-to-head? The Volkswagen IDR? Or the Lotus Evija? Two great electric cars my opinion. Both are fully upgraded and you can pick any track you want.😎

I would say IDR pretty much everywhere except Indy and Daytona speedways. I though not Le Mans… but the IDR is full throttle from start to the Mulsanne corner. The IDR corners like nothing else in the game. Fastest at taking Mulsanne chicanes. After Arnage corner it’s full throttle until the end. Only 3 braking points at Le Mans in IDR.

sadly the tablet i have with the supercars on it doesnt work so i lost all the progress, as a kiwi and a huge supercars fan i would like to see them back. people hated them but i loved it. they lap quicker than the gt1 cars if you drive them right

Unfortunately no. With NASCAR the license changed to limited access. So once a season starts you have a certain amount of days to get them. The Supercars license totally ended. There would have to be a new licensing agreement and that means both Supercars and EA would have to want it.

I would file a ticket with support and tell them what happened. There are time limits on those events so if you take too long to finish it, you don’t get the car. However, it’s still best just to file a ticket and see if they will give you the car. There have certainly been cases where people did finish an event on time and didn’t get the car. Have you seen nascar at le mans, ME7? Yeah that happens....... IN REAL LIFE!! It's called Project Garage 56. It's a series where any car can join the endurance race at le mans. Which is amazing! Fact: the Nascar for lemans is slightly different than the regular ones. (New actual headlights and taillights, new chassis, new body, cannards, etc). That makes the nascar more FASTER than the GTE cars. Which is Extravagant!!!

I don’t really know how that works either. I’ve got almost 5000 friends on Facebook but then 182 show up in the game. I know not all of them play the game but I’ve actually been trying to weed some of those out, so it has to be way more than 182. It looks like the maximum display amount is 200.

Bro today I did not earned 180% of my RS today instead I got 10 gold coins I was trying endless endurance on my AUDI R8 hoping I would earn a decent amount of RS and FAME but instead of getting 180% of RS (from daily rewards) I got 10 golds (I.e the next day reward) (I'm not very good at explaining😅)

Unfortunately, the licensing agreement ended years ago. They won’t be allowed to do another event unless they get a new licensing agreement.

Formula E still comes back every year. Just like NASCAR, it’s only for a limited time. However, the Supercar series completely went away years ago when the license expired. It’s always possible there could be a new season but it’s not likely.

NASCAR becomes available about every year around August or September. So probably update 11.5 or 11.6 is when we will see the return of NASCAR.

Android players can get all the missing cars with hack. This hack is pretty legal and provides no ban for the player. It gives the opportunity to get NASCAR and Supercars

That would be cool. Even if there are no prizes, it would be fun. That is something you can currently do in online multiplayer with up to 7 friends. The developers have become less responsive. With the last batch of layoffs it seems there’s a lot less information available now. I’ll ask multiple questions and not get answers. I’m hoping it gets better as time goes on. It seems like a whole new batch of people and they are all running multiple games.

Yes, WAY worse actually. Both Ariel have brakes at 27.7m when fully upgraded. The best braking, fully upgraded Supercar is the 2018 Nissan Altima with brakes at 38.4m. That’s 28% worse braking distance!

I agree with ME7. The Ariel V8 had much better brakes.... but the Supercars had much more grip through the turns. If you looked at the Ariel funny, it would get sideways.v🤣🤣🤣

@@ME7_RR3 I don't know... I feel like the Atom V8 has the same braking point as the Veyron 😂 (though being much funnier to drive) No question about the supercars: terrible brakes... I guess that's what make their races spectacular

Glad you enjoyed the video. NASCAR switched to a limited time license a while back. So each year they have NASCAR Contant, but you only have a limited time to do the events or by the cars before it’s gone forever. Usually that happens early fall. Unless there’s been a license change, I expect it to happen again this year.
