@Wiper091 if your account is locked, contact supercell and tell them you want to unlock it they should ask you for a bank note of a purchase (you can check your purchases on your googlee play store purchase history) so just send one of them and wait for a reply if you're f2p the process will be different and they will ask you other questions that will be needed to prove that the account is yours, so try to answer them as accurately as possible hope this helps, if you have more questions reply to this comment and let me know

Hi im recently having a problem i got my account blocked and they ask me some information like if i have a receipt type yes and they would sens me a button for the image of the receipt but they havent answered for like 5 days is it normal or i should be worried?

There should be a button in their message that said to send that to them. At the end there should be a little "attach screenshot" button that you click and then select a file
How did u send the receipt of your first ever purchase? I can't because I don't have an option to attach a screen, Did u have to wait for them to reply and give you an option to send the receipt?
they are not responding since 2 weeks and i contacted from my alt because if i click on Contact support on the banned account it says "Authentification Failed" they also closed the conversation without any message and now they havent responded since 2 weeks and im freaking out

this happened to me 2 days ago requesting for an error or asking about me not being able to purchase something and they locked me out i got confused and tried to remember my devices and i think i sent the wrong receipt and they denied me im wating for some to reply ive sent them all the real information and proof i was supposed to send and i dont know if they will ask me again. wish me luck
