Can y’all imagine how intelligent kids will be in the future? I’m at an age where I remember when internet wasn’t really used much. It was a place you went to. You sat down, used the internet, then left the internet. It didn’t come with you. And it’s Information was limited. I remember doing research in school, and still having to reference encyclopedias etc. Now? Now kids have the answers to everything at their finger tips. Ans autocorrect truly will teach them how to spell. It seems counter intuitive but I spelled horridly until autocorrect became a common thing. The repetition makes it impossible not to learn the correct spelling over time. But the endless information, right at their fingers, any time.. it’s wild.
That tends to be the case when you have randomly generated additions and subtractions of single digit numbers so they will stay near 0 for the most part. It is still difficult to keep track though, the trick indeed lies in the method.

I thought it's just reading numbers and fully focused on screen, in the end i realised it's math, play video from start after first number my mind is blank 😬
It is easy to imagine the soroban in your mind when you are a child, with a sponge-like brain, and it gets drummed into you. Very difficult to learn the soroban as an adult, especially multiplication and division, and especially in your head. My advice is to just use a calculator!

Vi a muchos asperger hacer esto.. incluso en una serie de netflix sobre los apostoles de jesus.. se supone que el apostol mateo era asperger y era muy habil con los numeros y calculaba asi o hacia movimientos parecidos a estos.. se supone que es por el abaco mental?
They are watching the screen to see the jumbers so they can calculate it mentally also if they are on bindfold they cant see the numbers and they cant calculate
My stupid father kick me cuz i cant say the numbers 1 to 10 when i was 5 and never took the kinder. And now i wish my future kids has a great school to show him good education.
