The beginning riff is one of the best riffs i've ever heard

Didn't know this was about Aileen Wuornos until I got curious about the meaning of the song. I remember watching a documentary about her a year ago and yeah, her story was pretty fucking miserable and sad.

When i first heard this song i thought it was "poor alien" and i still like to imagine it that way, in the sense some of us are like an alien and persecuted as such in this world

Beautiful song that gives me that 90s rock feeling I often miss in modern music. The inspiration is also fascinating and heartbreaking, although I disagree with sympathizing with Aileen after she began killing people, most of whom were probably innocent. Many people have terrible childhoods and never hurt anyone. Just something to remember when you start to feel bad for serial killers.
