@@albireotheredguard1599 Actually kinda dissapointed with the interactions in this movie…..no parallel earth acknowledgement between the characters.. we only have luthor’s introduction to the justice league at the start…..

Did DC ever dive deep into why Owlman hates reality and wants it destroyed? I am curious about this and I find it a superficial motivation to just; hate reality and want it destroyed/ gone.
To be honest, I think this nihilistic interpretation of Owlman was only for this particular movie From what I know about comic Owlman his origin is a mirror of Batman’s, except his parents were career criminals murdered by a cop. From that moment on, 8 year old Owlman vowed to be a symbol of fear to all those who fight for good Ever since, from what I’ve seen, his character has only been associated with being the mastermind of organized crime
How the heck did Luthor and Jester survive that long? Owlman's brains and Superman's x-ray vision... like..how did they ever get away??? like..I need this explained lol
Well Ultraman, Owlman and others have weaknesses as well, like the original Justice League have. So exploiting those weaknesses, they could have kept themselves alive and fighting day by day.
@@dudesayshi2191 That can be a possibility as well, but it's highly unlikely. They needed the power of the whole team to keep fighting and gradually they lost almost all of the members, which left only Jester and Luthor. Jester was manipulated by Batman to take the sacrifice because it was the only way they could open the portal and stop Owlman.
I always wondered who the winged woman was but Hawkgirl never crossed my mind. She has a flaming sword white wings, also white dress. More like what people assume an angel looks like.
"And as per Superman 'senses,' Lex Luthor of Earth is still locked up in a prison." If you really think that awesome... There is a comic where the JL is searching for Batman in different "Earth"... They arrived on 1 of these planets. Superman stood in the atmosphere for like 1 minute and after listening said something like "I have heard the heart beat of 7 billion human beings on this planet, none of them is Bruce..."
I enjoyed the original comics when they introduced Owlman, Ultraman, etc back in the 1982. The comic was Justice League America #207. Didn't know how well known these characters were and was delighted to see it in animation.
I love this version of Batman because it's probably one of the best examples of his insane wits and intelligence. He traps Owlman on a barren planet with Owlman's own bomb and tricked several of the more overpowered syndicate members, especially the Aussie Flash with taking advantage of his ego and making him essentially kill himself. It shows that Batman doesn't need plot armor of any kind as he's an incredible combat fighter in his own right combined with a high detective, strategist IQ.
Justice League vs. Crime Syndicate: 1.Batman vs. Owlman 2.Flash vs. Johnny Quick 3.Green Lantern vs. Power Ring 4.Superman vs. Ultraman 5.Wonder Woman vs. Superwoman
cause that would just create realities where he didn't unalive himself, his point was he was sick of there never being any real choice that matters cause every choice they make will just end up creating an alterante reality where they didn't do that
@@lordfury18 but it wouldn't matter because the owlman that does commit suicide is no longer around. I fail to see how that would matter then to owlman.
@@BrutusAlbion but it does matter, owlman hates that there will be other versions of him created from one choice so his endgame is to simply make the one and only permanent choice
When is there going to be a follow up to this brilliant movie there is a strange possibility that Owlman survived this his saved by another version of himself one with powers of a new god Metron this Owlman gain them like Batman had but he kept them and this Owlman is not what he appears either he also gained other abilities from a dieing Red Lantern ring? Batman and the JL are trapped in another universe by CS that have a device stolen from Cyborg Superman and The Injustice Society and Crime Syndicate and The Council Of Owls. There is help from Teen Titans of another universe lead by Orion son Dr Fate and Superboy and Jon Jones Jr Martian Man Hunter 2nd and Batwing 2nd? Hero's Unite the Multiverses is twisted there one way to find a cure it's to a waken Darkside Lord Of The Ant Life?
Let’s add some dead metal in that story. I will like a fight with or alliance that in involve the bat that laughs and owl man. Or even better, the owl that laugh. Bat that laughs: Brother, haaaaa, hhaaa, haa, why do we have to fight. We’ll have so much fun. It will be family time we never have, it will be a brotherly bond of destruction. Owl that laughs: Brucy, I always want you on my side, though we want to murder each your all the time, haaa, haha,ha, haha, I just didn’t think you come to see things my way. What a laugh! Hahahahaaaaahhhaaaaaaaaa! Bat that laughs: funny how that work, I miss my old jester pal, at the time I was depressed though when he was dying, hahaha,I had choking sessions with him, he only try to help me get better, and I did, feel great, and you know what. Owl that laughs: What, Brucy. Hahaha Bat that laughs: he was right, why so serious! Both:hhhhhhhahhahhahahhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Owl that laugh: We will have fun, making the multiverse a twisted joy of destruction together. Both:hhhhhhhhhahhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!. (The Insane Waynes)
In Justice league unlimited there was episode for crime syndicate but they didn't get clearance so instead they came up with justice lords...inspiration for injustice gods among us
Not really; Why? Because you've had other things that pointed to an alternate universe or multi universes. What were some? 1- not exactly the 1st but you had the old Lost In Space TV series with "The Anti Matter Man" episode. 2- old "Classic" Star Trek - Episode - Mirror Mirror - this carried itself on to Star Trek Enterprise & the other more "Woke" version. In between, you had one episode of Star Trek The Next Generation where you had a slew of various universes Enterprises all entering into this one area including one whose crew was about ready to be annihilated by the Borg. The concept of the "Evil twin" goes back further in time than anything ever put into a movie or a TV show, including a lot of Soap Operas where somebody's "Evil Twin" might pop up and there's info out there if you feel like diving into it. Oh, "Classic" Star Trek also did another one with that character "Lazarus" & you were given the idea of an "Anti Matter universe" just to add into televised depictions of the concept.
PS- I even want to say that in really old, before I was born Radio Theater, you had Radio plays that might've offered the idea of an "Evil Twin" or "Parallel Universe". Those things are what maybe our Parents, Grandparents or Great Grandparents had for entertainment way before television. Well, that & when you had the rise of old movie Cliffhanger serials like Buster Crabbe's version of Flash Gordon or a few others that were popular @ the time. If you do go on a deep dive, you end up discovering a bunch of things like how the Comic book character "SPRING HEEL JACK" could've been the 1st inspiration for "Batman" but in between, you also had "The Bat" who had "Robin" but were grittier than your campy 1960's version. Some of the older 1940's "The Bat" serials you can actually watch on RU-vid. Yes, the costumes & fight scenes left a lot to be desired but, you get where things might have come from just as a "History" to some popular character we're all familiar with now.
@@superior120v5 Batman literally sacrificed a criminal counterpart of one of the only heroes he is friends with so the Flash he knows doesnt fucken die. That is as gray as it can be

@@NrecapsAnimationOfficial Its harder to find Dc content especially animated. You would think its easy specially since they have a more extensive animated universe unlike marvel. Earth Prime is our earth, one where every superheroes are just fictional characters. It makes sense other universes wouldn't exist because there will be no one to read or watch superhero comics and movies and DC wouldn't be able to make new comics and movies since, well, everybody's dead.
The title's missing the second "i" in villain. The caption put an "h" in crisis. There is no superhero named Black Storm. You have an image of Black Lightning, aka Jefferson Pierce, not to be confused w/Storm, the seahorse that Aquaman rides from time to time. And what Owlman feels for reality isn't hatred, but simple nihilistic indifference...he feels it lacks purpose and therefore inconsequential whether it exists or not.
Do your homework thoroughly if you make videos like this. Superman saw that Luthors internal organs were actually in the opposite places like looking in a mirror. That's how superman knew he was from an alternate universe.
Why is this guy pronouncing Owl-man and Bat-man like there Jewish deli shop owners it's OWL MAN, BAT MAN not Allmin & Batmin but for some reason he says superman correctly... smdh
