“In one comic” 🤦🏻‍♂️ In one comic Squirrel Girl beat Thanos… Basically these discussions wrongly fall in to the reals of story telling when people are trying to make abject comparisons between a Heros raw power outside of any storyline. Example: in the context of storytelling a relatively simple (child like) character design like Superman will ALWAYS win… unless it benefits the story… in which case Superman was just “holding back” so was never really defeated as presumably, for dramatic effect. Now, take said same physically based character and compare him in power level to a character that can say control time, and in no way whatsoever does Superman win… because outside of a “story” the antagonist would never face him head on and would just intercept his baby cradle before it got to earth and bury him in a dark hole surrounded by kryptonite 😂 So yeh… “in one comic” is literally the most irrelevant argument anyone can make.

Spiderman is stronger than he typically needs to be, as most of his villains are basically human. Go up a level or two and he is outclassed in everything except agility and his spider sense very quickly

Well while batmam might not be as powerful or psychic as the other heroes. He could definitely get rid of all the villains in gotham in single night, go on a killing spree of you will. His greatest weapon is his intellect and strategic thinking. He could take down near god level characters if he put his mind to it. With all the resources and connections he has. But to your point. He is not really holding back similarily to characters like hulk or superman. He is merely following his own rules.
