Things like the Omni exist but no one uses it in mainstream so it gets underrated when it would make vr so much more awesome and realistic.

also its as if people don't understand that the way they record is they play for a few hours and cut that footage into about 10 minute chunks its not an everyday thing. they usually also have a back log of unreleased content that they can pull from whenever they need it.
