Currently Training 6 days a week. Boot camp HIIT 4 days a week for conditioning, plus 2 days a week I do 2-a-days, morning and evenings in the gym hittin the weights for strength training. Great superset workout for lats. Always have trouble getting to the lower lats.
I train 5-6 times a week. But my job is very physical so some days I just say fug it! You need to rest or you'll break. I'll start these back exercises today, bc my back sucks. Thanks for the tips.
My workout is 4-5 sets pullups(weighed too) 2-3 chinups, meybe 2 of tbar pullups, 3-4 sets of barbell row, 3 sets pullover. And i think its better than that, cuz i have 3 exercies with totally different angles of motion and the pullover expands you ribcage
Stop doing rows? really. Guess decades of successful #Bodybuilders are ignorant and should listen to you 🤣 and do these sissy movements instead. /200215
You need to work on mind-muscle connection bro... you can’t feel a real activation if you don’t feel your muscles working... I recommend you make a brief meditation before working out ... that helps a lot!
I try to train 4 to 5 times per week depending on life/work commitments. Watching your videos helps me break through my threshold on most days, keep up the good work!! Thank you!!
A eureka moment with these three exercises, again by getting the mind muscle connection before using weights. Train four days a week. Rest Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Sometimes life gets in the way which means I have to train on my off days.
Troy I have questions 4 u: when ur plannin 2 marry ur fiancée Kitty Gains n get ready 2 sing a song by Michael Jackson I just can't stop loving you with ur both awesome singing voices in ur wedding n why u will decide 2 move back 2 Florida is it because L.A. isn't working out 4 u also u find out L.A. is dangerous 4 u that change ur mind 2 move back n Charles Glass's workout is killin ya n one last question when ur gonna developed ur first ever healthy human babies 2 become a Buff Dad if u know the Buff Dudes RU-vid channel or not watched their workout videos n c if u can challenge them in the fitness test n where's ur ending quote c u guys on da next video n didn't post ur videos more than once in a week
Lol bro you crack me up. I might be staying in LA longer but moving to the beach. Florida has cheaper taxes :) I know the Buff Dudes and used to watch them, stay tuned for my music video bro, it’s coming 💪🏼
I’m 61 years young lol. I train about 4-5 x a week. Love you vids, totally makes sense. I feel the best in shape every, due to more muscle vids and getting educated. Can I continue to grow muscle? 👍
Notification Bell has been turned on! I work out 6 days per week currently, I've been wanting to try your pre workout too but a little strapped for cash lately! But it's on the list of essentials! Thank you for the tips! I'm currently trying your theory of working a muscle everyday for 30 days. I'm doing it for Delts, I'm on day 11!
Any Lat-workout missing pull ups is BS - max ROM, max overload, max scapula control required, max core activation required plus there's endless variations. This video is pointless
My friend, stop rubbishing work outs that has been used by champions to build their physique...dorian Yates,Lee Haney,Arnold Schwarzenegger, Phil heath, Ronnie Coleman all used one arm rows and I believe they have bigger and better backs than you.
I train 5 to 6 days a week. I'm weighing in at 155. I eat clean, water and whey. I just can't get the muscle mass I desire. It's a struggle, I'm strong, my bench is 260 and I cable up for tension. I don't want to juice up, but I'll try new supplements if they arnt unhealthy.
Guys you shouldn't be trainging 6 days a week just because this guys is. He can obviously train that frequently because he's on gear and can recover broken muscle fibers way faster. On the contrary, you'll actually loose muscle mass because your not allowing the muscle to recover, resulting in overtraining and could cause injury. I use to workout 6 days and switch to 3-4 and actually made more gains. If you're lifting light weight 6 days that's okay, which I'd assume you guys aren't doing.
First off... the lats DO NOT start under the armpit/shoulder, those are your teres major & teres minor, along with part of your infraspinatus. The lats start under the bottom of the scapula (shoulder blades) and into the low back above the quadratus lumborum. ONLY the lat tendon continues under the shoulders and attaches at the top of the humerus (upper arm bone). Please educate yourself in anatomy before you start giving advice.
Wtf!!! Heavy seated rows on a machine that supports your chest heavy wide bar lat pull downs are the two main exercises for a wide back. This is why this guy has a tiny back but thinks he's dorian Yates....
Gotta give ya a thumbs down on the Smith Machine for rows....and what kinda gym doesnt have a bar . Still enjoying the vids though , how ya feeling knowim' that you've got one of the greatest BB trainers in CG ?
Troy when I use the cable machine to stretch the lats then pull down and back trying to get my elbows past my back, I am feeling more work on my triceps, then lats. What could I be doing wrong?
I am guessing I'm late but here it is. I'm a flatbed trucker. I have my portable gym with me. I try to train 7 days per week. weights and cardio. I have to do these outside of my truck and mostly at truck stops. The weather plays a key roll on if I can train that day or not. Also truck parking spaces and the time in the morning.
Awesome video bro! Definitely going to give them a try my next back day! Currently I'm getting in the gym 3-5 days a week, ideally I want to be back in there 5-6 days!
Great video bro, def gonna throw this in my workout next back day. Also, really good idea giving us the option to screenshot the workout. That’s what I’m talking about, adding value! 🙏💪👍
