With Spear Wall, you get 6s of Minor Protection from Javelin. Makes it kind of redundant on Contingency. Could add Resolve, then replace Vigor with Living Dark, Ritual, or Honour the Dead. Could keep the same setup and use Intellect/Endurance, Force, or Enervation.
I've ran a setup like this for years without scribing skills.. you just need crushing weapon from psijic skill line with elemental susceptibility for your major and minor breach.. also hrothgar's unblockable damage paired with the javelin will get most people into execute range for free

It’s not that good lol. I’m a Templar main and I’ve never ever died to a rangeplar. Run relentlessness and slippery for cp. when you get hit by jav ice comet you take 10% less dmg and auto break free then cleanse. Boom issue solved
Also guys learn how to kite obviously this set works but he’s not just sitting there in his circle you do that it’s over with…. Solo play in PvP is damn near impossible….
@@esolucacash it’s not letting me break free. Luckily it only seems to happen from a few specific players in cyrodil. Seems to be the same 2-3 players I usually run into.
I keep running into the problem that i try to follow a rotation but stuff happens so i have to deviate by healing or targetting someone else... i get easily confused so then im hitting buttons on the wrong bar or even forgetting the rotation! ughh,,, i need a nice PVP setup with oakensoul 1bar :')
@@raafmaat I’m not hating btw I’m just very direct lol. There’s def still some great 1 bar builds but I just don’t think it’s that good anymore. To much stuff that out powers it by far

Nice build, but I feel like this is more for pc server low population or eu. On xbox na you'd get zerged on so fast sitting on low hp like that. Solid build tho
