7:00 another cool thing about that transition is that Baekhyun who is in the centre for that part of the choreo is associated with the power of light in EXO lore. so for the transition to go into a white, blinding light is very deliberate and well thought out

This vid is so epic. They gave this group a well-deserved, classy production and the guys played it to the MAX. I hope SUPERM gets together again // would be awed and amazed to see them perform in person.

sm has one of the best editors no joke. like how you said jordan the effects are not randomly put in the jopping music video but actually contribute to the story. i love how the whole music video is so chaotic and makes you groove so bad like wtf what did they put in this.

Finally reacting to SuperM ✨ I hope you react to "100" and "One: Monster and Infinity" too 🙏 There's also another thing about the storytelling of this video; every member is going to the big stadium in a different means of transport (cars, motorcycles, helicopter, tank, etc), each one representing the original group they come from. That is the reason why you can see different members of the same original group traveling in a similar means of transport that differs from the others.

Imagine having Baekhyun and Taemin together in the same group?! Vocal kings at one single place.

There are very few Kpop groups who come this way but I'm pretty spoiled cus I have seen this live and in person (SM never gonna skip Mark's home town). They're all incredible but gotta say Kai & Taemin are on another tier. They just walk out & wave at the audience & it GUSHES out of them! (Lol their biggest fan Mark "DID YOU SEE HIM!! DID YOU SEE...?"). Kai took off running (like a bullet) down that side ramp & felt like if i'd been standing it would've knocked me backwards. But the funniest thing about that whole event was they just happened to be here on one of those exceptionally biting Maritime days (they couldn't stop shuddering over start to finish....we get it, you're COLD!)...they spent hibernating in the sauna at their hotel...and the laughable irony of Baekhyun busting out singing "I can't stand the rain🎶anymore I can't stand the cold🎶 any longer🎵" was like ".....Ya put a cork in it I don't wanna hear it. I know you're getting on a plane to Mexico when you walk off that stage." But that performance was definitely one for the history books.

If someone asked me what my fave kpop MV is of all time I’d definitely say SuperM Jopping. THE WAY I DIED WATCHING IT!! It never gets old and the song is addicting. It’s a double whammy of dope

I love Jopping, but ngl... every time I hear it I think, "Gretchen, stop trying to make 'fetch' happen, it's NOT going to happen!" 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤣🤣🤣 This mv caught some grief over the look of the coliseum scenes, as if it was badly done... but it's representing a virtual concert so it's supposed to not look completely real... the really cool thing about it is though, they then later launched Beyond Live with SuperM, pretty much making that kind of virtual, effects laden, concert experience a reality. Hopefully, SuperM is able to squeeze in a comeback and maybe a small NA tour once Baekhyun and Taemin are back, and before Kai has to enlist. 🤞
