I interviewed the guy who wrote the Injustice game Jimmy P, and when I asked him about the comics success he said with perfect comic timing "Why didn't they ask me to write the digital series?" Great video guys.

Nightwing was in Injustice, but Damian was Nightwing in the game and they make reference of Damian killing Nightwing. I just felt like mentioning it, and awesome video and I love the reactions of Ben and Tiffany when you say Dick dies, and it was funny of how crazy you were going Sal on the Lantern corps slater stuff

Actually, the comic is pretty consistent with the game... A lot of the people 'killed' are from an alternate universe; or for instance, Damien, becomes the new Nightwing. Etc. You may want to add some Annotations.

Because, they seemed unfamiliar with the games / comic continuity and how well it actually flows together or is "explained". For the most part. This wasn't a dig at their accuracy. Lol.

I have both volumes of year two on my self of trades to get around to reading. My one big problem with Injustice is how Diana is just so ready to fight and turn on her friends. She immediately wants to sleep with Clark before Lois is cold and in the ground. I know most modern versions of WW have her as the more militant warrior princess, but i just don't really care for that version. It is funny watching Hal Jordon turn into more and more of a blind zealot who basically worships at the alter of Superman as the story unfolds.

In the story mode of the game the Nightwing in the game isn't Dick Grayson but it's Damien in the Nightwing costume and Damien is on the side of Superman. I remember in the story mode when you play Batman and fight Nightwing, Batman calls him Damien and says something about him not being his son.

Shared this channel with my homie a few months ago and now I got somebody to talk about comics with thanks to you guys. I grew up hating comic books because by dad loves superheros but all he had at the time was one issue of Batman and Lois and it was awful and it was imprinted on me that all comic books were like that. Now thanks to you guys things are different, my pop and I actually have something to talk about instead of dead silence. Thanks to you guys my dad and I have something in common. Great back issues!! In between revision for chemistry & Biology exams and keeping my sanity back issues finds a way to make me cry with laughter. I could say that I've watched all the back issues and nearly every video you've done but I know you have heard it all before so ill just say keep making these quality videos oh and Ultron 8 is a better father than you ever were.

Just wanted to say how much I love your guys' channel. Over the last couple of years I have been evolving in to the comic book nerd I am today (although I'm not sure if I've reached my final form yet :P) and I'm so glad I found your channel, even with all the many stories I've read, and so much of the lore of the Marvel and DC Universe's I've learnt, I can still always learn something new from you guys and your videos are such a pleasure to watch. You know, guys, I've always loved comics, but never had the means to purchase any or dive in. In recent years, I've finally reached the point of disposable income to buy books. This channel has really helped me in developing my list. It's about half the size of my "wanted" movie list, which is pretty damn enormous in itself. I love watching you all, because again, up until recently, things have been very hard. I moved to a new city and worked a crap job for years without anything resembling a social life. Thanks for being you. Also, I never get enough of the Kevin Smith and Simpsons references.

The story of Injustice gods among us is the perfect example of the difference between Marvel and DC: In Marvel about half of the known superheroes have at some point killed another person and most readers haven't batted an eyelid, but when Superman starts killing, everyone looses their minds.

Thank you for everything you guys do on this channel. You guys and Comics Explained helped get me started in comics about this time last year. I especially look forward to back issues every week even though it usually makes my reading list longer. Been watching since about 1200 subs, keep it up. P.S. Well to be fair, the Damian thread is kept throughout most of Injustice, and Superman acting as a father figure is something thats developed throughout. Its one of those interesting ideas where Superman in this universe is actually a corrupting force on Damian (who eventually becomes Nightwing) while in the main universe Superman is an inspiration to Dick as Nightwing. Plus while Damian has his issues with the path his father took, Batman is just as much to blame for their lack of reconciliation that Alfred keeps trying to make happen. They both are far too stubborn and are never able to come to terms with each other.

Year One is actually set ten years before the game, thus giving the comic around ten volumes (or years) worth of comics to tell their story before its no longer in continuity with the game.

You guys are awesome. There is one big twist at the end of the game that sort of lines up with the comics though. The Injustice game reveals that Nightwing(red costume and long hair) is actually Damian Wayne. The Default Nightwing(short hair and blue costume) is Dick though.

Injustice universe Nightwing dying is in the game. The blue costume Nightwing you play is Dick from the normal universe. The red costume Nightwing is Damian from the Injustice universe.
