@@pyit.876 I skipped that part. I just saw him buying pregnancy tests, and was like 'ok... This has nothing to do with superman or the superman story... /skip..' Honestly I've only watched maybe a combined 20 minutes from both these episodes. This season is pretty, ass, so far. Just a lot of blubbering, and derp partying, more advertising for the positive effects of illegal underage drinking, virtue signalling.. .etc. And I'm not sure who that black guy with the beard is supposed to be, but I'm just gonna refer to him as 'black Lex Luther' until I hear otherwise. Also his sidekick is 'butthole face man'. Superb lineup of villains.. If I didn't know better, I'd think CW took this show over.

The new actor for Jonathan was a little jarring at first, but I quickly got over it. Loved the continued chemistry between Lois and Clark, it's so apparent even when they're not happy with each other. Also, that opening scene though, and the scene between Henry Irons and Clark as the latter is buying pregnancy tests had me lmao. Like how Jordan's powers are growing, but he's got a lot to learn still. Makes sense though, you don't go from not knowing you have powers to mastering them. The new aforementioned actor for Jonathan did a good job, feel he has chemistry with Jordan's actor. Also, the hook up towards the end of the episode, saw it coming lol. Also, new villain(s) seem interesting!

The new jonathan is honestly very close to the original. Lookswise and acting wise. He is calm, compassionate, likes to keep everyone arround him happy. The old one had a bit more emotion in how he was more confident but this guy just started and he did not dissappoint.

@@midoribushi5331 I disagree about the new Jonathan actor, I feel like he's a lot more ''toned down'' and quiet than the original one and he also doesn't have good chemistry with the others - he seems more like a distant cousin than anything. He's very close to the looks but nothing more, he doesn't give off the same energy and definitely not the overall feel of the character. Idk maybe I'm just biased because I liked the original actor so much and I'm missing him already like crazy but the new actor just doesn't hit the same and I was really anticipating to see how he would do.. I'll give him time tho because he just started and he also doesn't have a lot of experience yet so maybe that's it, who knows!

@@jisookomblackpinkkru256 He looks similar but not close enough to convince you they are the exact same person, but it really depends on one's level of memory and ability to compare features (as the average person isn't really able to do that), he does definitely have some good comparable themes, not exacts or close to exacts, but similarities that make you feel like you're still looking at Jonathan Kent. My own question is why they replaced the actor? Did he leave, or was he fired, or did something else worse happen.

Superman and Lois has 100x times better CGI but the Flash's first 3 seasons had better writing and character development than Superman and Lois has done in the first 3 seasons and even the 2 finales didn't deliver for Superman and Lois ... Like season 1 flash was amazing, but the reverse flashes plan made no sense to motivate Barry to go save his mum, season 2, zooms plans kept changing throughout tje show and tje cracls become more obvious at the second half of the show. Season 3, which was decent tbf, but savitsr as a villain made no sense at all, his motives, and kris being the centre of the show wasn’t good. With superman snf lois everything is paid off, you’ve seen that in both seasons so far. Granted, there have been some meh moments like the villain in season 2 wasn’t the one (I don’t remember her name lol) but Morgan edge was brilliant

@@jayPalm100 if you've learned anything about the first two seasons, there are always red herrings with the overall big bads. In Season 1, we thought it was The Stranger aka Captain Luthor until he was revealed to be John Henry Irons/Steel and then Morgan Edge was the actual big bad with his real name being Tal-Rho and being an adaptation of the Eradicator. In Season 2, we thought it was Doomsday, but he turned out to be Bizarro. Sadly, Bizarro didn't end up being the villain and was replaced a version of Parasite through Ally Allston.

I get the feeling Jonathan is probably going to become more like a Batman sort of superhero. In the comics when only one of the two sons of Lois and Clark gets superpowers that's how it usually works out. He's athletic, likes to work with gadgets like John Henry, and he likes driving cool cars. He's basically born for the role of Batman in this universe.

So was I the only one who thought the writing here changed, the dude his at his party, keeping a distance from a girl who wants space, and needs time, she comes over to him, start engagement with him, then says, “please please I just need you to give me time, I just need some space”, I get it’s a show, but that’s weird, man or women, no one would be like ok yea your right, I shouldn’t have been sitting alone waiting for you to come over to bother you, it’s like the writers want to continue to push a narrative, men and women are the same, we all behave the same, some are more open some aren’t, there don’t need to be teams, or one superior then the other. This was terrible writing it was all over the episode I hope it don’t happen all season.

well you need to understand the ACTOR himself left he got like problem with his health so he decided to step of the show so this has nothing to do with the tv show itself about him leaving but yes im also stuggling with the new actor hes just too stale for me there not much emotions in a way like the other actor like there 0 chemestiry between the 2 boys actors non like it was with the other 2

Do yourself a favor, and just skip 7 minutes and 25 seconds into this episode, you will miss literally nothing.. It's just Lois is Sad that she's not pregnant, so lots of scenes just panning around her sad face, then some girls talking about boys (LIKE O M G... TOTALLY!!), some more nonsense about 'boys'(teenagers), and pretty much nothing will be missed by skipping this far in. So far this season is a bomb. I only hope it doesn't get any worse. Thankfully Lois wasn't pregnant (or the entire season would ONLY be about that), I just hope they don't decide to pad out the next several episodes with her being sad about it. Edit/spoiler alert: Shit.. She has breast cancer.. The entire season is gonna be nothin but slow scenes of people blubbering and crying.. Weak..

Aside of some stuff with the kids, and the excessive screentime of Lana and her annoying family drama, is a good show, with the best iteration of Superman since Reeve and the 90s cartoon.
