Honestly, I never viewed Superman as the bad guy in the movie, heck, besides the mind thing for the criminals, he was doing better than everyone else !
This was a good story for Superman but it really is a dark timeline. This Superman kills with far less hesitation than most iterations, although to be fair he’s not the monster Injustice Superman became. Batman was a terrorist and not only didn’t have a rule against killing, but did so actively. And lastly, Wonder Woman falls into the hands of Hera, and god only knows what that can lead to in the future.
Goes to show that in chaotic times such as the Cold War, one country`s superhero could easily become another`s heartless tyrant! In war, morality is blurry as fuck!

Very well done AMV mate. I like how it followed the basic narrative of the film, while also fitting to the tone/rhythm of the song. I also like the framing of Superman between 1:35 and 1:40, contrasting his despair over the civilian deaths with the resolve/extremism of his methods for preventing them.
Superman was trying to do the right thing the whole story arc but at the end he realized he was being manipulated by Braniac the whole time to do the robots bidding. Thus failing to do what he desired most, to make the world a better place. He took the world captive.

You know I saw this AMV in my Recommendation and so I went on HBO max and saw the movie. I thought it was a decent movie. Like 6.5/10, 7/10 at best. But man this AMV goes hard and I really like it. Also thanks for another BB song for my playlist
Loll it’s fun the way that Superman kill Stalin but for now can you believe that it will be easy to kill Poutin right? All I see he already fail. Stalin is still alive.
It absolutely should exist. Telling stories is the best thing we do as humans, we’re really good at it. So taking an existing story, and modifying or changing it to see it from a different perspective is great. Whether it’s as good as what came before? Who knows. But absolutely tell the story anyway.
@@moose6667 maybe your right but they should get better at making them one thing that would have been cooler for this version if there was this time lord or powerful being Narrating at the beginning of this version saying what would have happened if Superman crash elsewhere instead of Kansas and says he can change Superman faith if he wanted and diced to have Superman crash in Russia instead to see if he still becomes the world's hope for peace and the movie plays out the same way as it actually did and this time lord does not Narrating or say a thing until the very end during Luther Speech and he Narrates by saying Okay This Is Not A Good Fite and turns back time and makes Superman crash back in Kansas where he belongs.
