This particular version of Superman? No. He's too new and inexperienced. He only won against that simulation because of just that, a simulation. Real Green Lanterns are professionally trained once they join the Corps. Against main Superman? That one has experience and far more potential. It's been shown that Superman's force of will can even override most Green Lanterns.
