Who the hell puts a septic tank under a bridge? What residence sits right next to or on a body of water which bridges usually cross? Railroad? Highway? How do you throw a body so accurately it can fall clean into a septic tank without hitting the rim of the entrance? Was it a truck? How do you time a body to fall in a moving septic truck? Why would the hatch then be open? These are many questions Ryan MUST answer for the good of all American people.
