Hey Ryan, maybe you back pain is related to Irritable Bowel Syndrome or smt like that? my doctor suggested me to eat slowly, wait a minute after each bite (annoying since eating takes 3x longer), and eat lactose-free dairy products. Take omeprazole helps too, and a thing called aerogastrol (I don't know the American name). Or it could be muscular, you know bend the knees when grabbing heavy stuff or even the position you sleep affects the back. I had both problems and it was terrible. #Rant out PS. I may sound weird, but when I have a headache, I take a potato, cut it into slices and put them on my forehead (weird Chilean traditions lmao) it does relieve some pain.

Hey Ryan. Try using a Yoga ball to sit in at work. It might sound ridiculous, but it works for me when I am working on papers at my college. It feels such a relief because my backpack kills my lower back. You don't even have to do much on the Yoga ball just sit on it with the ball on a Yoga Ball Stand.

I love how I'm okay with them ending that podcast early because Ryan farted, I would too. Also Ryan get your back checked, I had the same issue and it turned out I had scoliosis with a 54°curve on my lower back (it got to 60°) and a 23° curve near my neck, I got surgery so I'm okay now, but you really should get it checked before if gets worse.
