Got the CRF300L Supermoto out on the track and oh it's been too long! 2017 was the last time I was on a Supermoto track and I got taken out like 10 mins in. Miss you ‪@DavidBost93‬ ! But I've been itching to get the XR301 out there to see what it can do. And we got ‪@Gixxerbrah‬ out there on one of ‪@DRZWhisperer‬ many supermotos. I got to also try not one but two DRZ470SM's on the track. Those are pretty nasty, maybe I need to build another one... But oh man what a good time, the CRF300L was so good. Rivet brought a house with AC! Two days at Oklahoma Motorsports Complex (thats ‪@RonnieMac69‬ track). What could wrong? A cold... a cold can go wrong

i just want to say, i like your format. been watching a while and never mentioned it, but it's becoming increasingly obvious that it's something special, as i peruse other channels. most people either talk too much, or not enough. with your vids, i never find myself thinking, shup up and just show us some riding; and neither do i find myself getting bored and wishing for some commentary. it doesn't seem, to a layman such as myself, that it should be all that hard... but it's clear that there must be an art to it, because it's relatively rare to stumble across someone who has found that goldilocks zone.

OMC is a really cool track.. It's fun to drift on just tight in some sections. It's the perfect track for karts and lower powered motorcycles though I can't imagine what it'd be like.

I am VERY torn between a Grom and a CRF300L... The whole thing thats sparked my interest is my buddys who all have groms and the Detroit MI grom scene.. Big group rides etc... HOWEVER... I am a 6 foot 2... 280 pound chunk of Man Meat... I have ridden groms and I do just fine... yeah they are a bit small... nothing unmanageable and still fun as absolute heck... The more research I do the harder the decision becomes. IDK! LOL! Sheesh. Thanks for the vid.. Loved it. Ill be looking for more.

@@Itchintogodeerhuntin Id honestly go 300L... Dont get me wrong.. The grom is a TON of fun.. I ended up selling my grom for a LIFAN KP MINI because it was significantly faster... by quite a bit... I just sold the KP literally TODAY... after riding a 300L 2 days ago for the first time... I listed the KP immidiately.. thats funding my downpayment on the 300L. If I can not find a nice used one by monday.. My mind is made up and im getting one from the dealership. There are such a mix of bikes down here in the scene that I will still fit right in.

Airborne is your friend Jake.. The stuff is the only way I made it through my first week of work when I hadn't been anywhere in years and got seriously sick. The lemon-lime is actually really good tasting. Just don't do what I did and stick multiple packs in your water bottle and drink it all night long.. that's a good way to get vitamin overdosed which is actually a thing and not good for you at all. Still, it was the only way I had enough energy to work and within a week I was fine.

Is crf300l better than wr250r/x? I like the idea of having ABS on CRF but wr has better suspension from the factory

You can add suspension to the crf, you can't add abs to the wr250

I would buy the wr250r/x. I've never once wished my dual sport had abs. If you're going to get a bike with no abs to ride on the road, you need to push the bike and learn where the limits are. You don't want to find the limits by accident. Imo abs is a crutch for people that want to ride but don't want to push themselves or their bikes.

@@areyou0k98 if you don't push the bike to its limits regularly, then abs is for you. Don't get mad at me calling it a crutch. It is absolutely a crutch, at the same time it absolutely helps keep inexperienced riders safe. I'm simply saying I prefer not to have it, not necessarily recommending people avoid bikes that have it.
