@@CrashCraftLabs she Briana, Kim and Alex came to Germany beginning of May and all were soo friendly and just aoo lovely to meet Kim gives the best squishy hugs
@@IgoZoom1she has this sweet mischievous look to her, like she's a true unique personality. Maybe it's the red hair making me feel that but she just seems like a light
I know a lot of people didn't like the Hannah relationship, and while I won't say it was my favorite I did enjoy Castiel having a relationship and a life/arc outside of the brothers
I actually liked Hannah. I was just worried that Cass might have feelings for her and she wasn't a fan of Sam & Dean. But I admire her for letting Caroline return to her husband.
@@artemis8396 You know we can't trust most angels to not turn on our Boys! Cas is the only one I trust! Off the cuff, Anna comes to mind. I think Hannah did a good thing. It was impressive growth for her that she felt human emotion and recognized the damage that had been done and the pain caused to another person.
Oh! Was also going to say I LOVE that you pointed out my very very favorite moment of the episode. I adore tiny little acting. Minute little facial movements or eye flicks, that you barely catch and then something happens. Naturalistic, little things. For me, it was Dean’s subtle little eye shift and then telling Sam to “stop!”. So. Flippin’ . Perfect!! Because the audience had no clue Sam was there. Cole, this trained fighter, had no clue Sam was there. It means Dean saw Sam’s approach and gave nothing away. It means Sam saw the fight happening, and the bada$$ brother and fighter he is, he knew not to jump in but to stealthily, Ninja approach the situation and 100% have his brother’s back. Ready to drop any threat to Dean without hesitation. And yet he DID hesitate at Dean’s command, showing how much he trusts Dean. So. Beautiful. Not even kidding, when I watch this episode I will rewind those few seconds and watch it 4 or 5 times in a row. Every. Time.
Yeah, the Cole and Hannah subplots got hastily wrapped up because viewers as the show was airing weren't responding well to them and I guess the writers wanted to focus on characters they thought would hit better.
I respect differing opinions, but I thought the Cole subplot was kind of interesting. Having someone pursue Dean (or Sam) because of a monster they'd killed in the past was a new scenario. The scene where Dean says we're gonna talk and hands him the gun was beautifully acted!
@@IgoZoom1 I don't disagree! The concept was a good one, and the character could have worked, but something about him didn't hit with the fans. I think he was just poorly timed more than anything.
@@butterflyslinky I think the timing with Dean being a demon, then not being a demon was too much. I can see how most fans were Who TF is this Cole dude?
Oh look.. another ginger on Supernatural. I love how Rowena says *Hungry*. Extra points to the director for those two shots of Cole climbing out of the car. possible spoilery below.w . . . I'm not sure, but I think it might be .. . . I wonder what's so special about Hanna that she doesn't need that sandbox gate to heaven to go back there.
@@HealthyDisrespectforAuthority Sorry, I forgot about Anna, probably because I don’t like her very much. I can’t believe I forgot Ezra- Bobby’s Aunt maybe? Or maybe it was Bobby in a previous life? 😀
I believe Hannah was wrapped up because the fans weren’t responding to her well. Cole, I’ve heard lots of varying stories. True that the character also didn’t connect to the audience. (Though, the scene with him and Dean here is one of my favourites of the season). He wasn’t introduced in a likeable way. There were also rumours while I was at the SPN con that year, that the actor didn’t fit in well/wasn’t very nice, so he wasn’t asked back. But remember, if you hear that, those are just rumours. No one knows for sure, so could easily just be the con ladies spreading gossip (love my con friends, but BOY! do they love to project and gossip about all the cast!), so take it with a giant grain of salt. It could honestly simply be the lack of chemistry that the character had.
This is one of my favorites! I love Rowena and she is Crowley's freaking mother! I don't know why, but there is something about Cole that I find very attractive. The scene where Dean handed him the gun and said we're gonna talk was beautifully done. I also like the storyline of Hannah giving up her vessel and letting Caroline return to her husband. The heartbreak on that man's face made me ache. There's a lot that could happen from here...
Rowena and Crowley together are an absolute gift. They only get better and better, and Rowena heightens the rest of the series to an amazing level. And the next few episodes are going to flesh out some other delightful characters that you might not expect.... can't wait to see your reactions!
So let me get this right. Hannah made that man think his wife was cheating or at the very least ghosted him (if you want to give the excuse that her up and leaving with another man is a form of breakup) and then in the same day gave back that woman her sentience so that now she had to go deal with the fallout of that? Now her whole family and all her friends know what she did to that man and no one will ever believe "an angel possessed me" and further more that thin angel "lied and said that i was having an affair/ ran away with this man and left everything to be with him"
I didn’t mind the role Cole played in the show. I felt he fully served his purpose for his short tenure on the show. Hannah’s quick and abrupt ending though, definitely bothered me. Didn’t expect to see her past season 9 continuing to aid Cas on his journey, but it was a delightful surprise. Having her in the next season made me excited to see where the stories could’ve gone with her and Cas. Seeing Hannah kind of come around and be a member of team free will long term, would've been awesome. I just personally enjoyed Erica Carroll’s performance .
While the scene with Dean and Cole was powerful and emotional I still don't care about Cole, nor do I have much sympathy for him. Dean has enough going on this season without subplot making him feel worse. As for Cole his whole purpose is to be a plot point so small things can happen. In episode 2 he was needed because their was no way Sam was going to capture Demon Dean without a distraction and here it was just a way for Rowena to escape. I already mentioned in episode 2 how this guy was mis casted and while his backstory is tragic it losses effect on me for five reasons. 1) I know this show so I know Cole's dad was a monster that needed to be stopped. 2) He tortured Sam. 3) He was way to cocky, he could've shot Dean on sight when they met, last time and this time, but he wanted to brawl. 4) He's just not a likable character, sad backstories only work so much. 5) despite being supposedly obsessed with revenge he still managed to get a wife and have a son, so its clear a part of him has already moved on
Not a bad episode. But it sure is messy. Definitely could have been so much more elegant and paid off better. Both Hannah and Cole get rushed out the door for new plots with lovely Rowena. But Hannah, especially, was interesting. I also really wish we could have gotten more of her.
