how? he patronized her for wanting to put down the monster in her life, when he lives for putting down monsters. he couldn't allow her one. because the monster wasnt a jew and you're only allowed to kill jews. its gross how she went back into his arms, not because of the beating when he was being controlled by the mark but because he's is a racist bigot hypocrite.
it's just weird inconsistent writing. sending dean, that time bomb after dark charlie? it makes drama but it doesn’t make sense. Sam should have went after her because he has loads more empathy and is far more controlled then dean is even on a good day. but they had to punish charlie for killing a human monster and mark of cane dean was convenient. i believe he'd never hurt her no matter what, he didnt even harm those two people from that last ep who came at him with an axe and a bat or that teenage bitch who set him up. but charlie was ''guilty''
