Many fans did not like this one... I always did. Maybe it was the sex scene (which I did not expect with this show) or the doublemint moment, or even the adorable reaction Sam had to his big brother having a girlfriend, but I really think it was the scene that the truck was barreling down on Dean. Great stuff. Jensen says so much with his face.

i really recommend watching outer banks it’s an incredible show only 3 seasons it has a big following and it’s such a good mix of funny and interesting there’s an amazing and intense storyline but it’s also light hearted

My opinion on Supernatural is that Dean and Sam usually make even a “bad” episode (i.e. Bugs, Route 666) worth watching/rewatching . . . except one. There’s only been one episode that I just can’t make myself rewatch anymore but it’s not for quite awhile.

Sam made it very clear he never wanted to tell Jess, regardless. He left that life,and had no desire to bring it into his life, even when he was back on a hunt. So I didn't feel too bad for Sam. It was so nice to see that Dean has known love. Sam was very cute, with his support. One of the shows biggest issues was diversity. Some was being a show with two related leads who were both white men. But it felt glaringly obvious that the first episodes we saw that strongly featured POC involved such stereotypical issues, like curses and racism. Cassie and the relationships were the saving grace. A decent episode, not great.

When the sound cuts out on sex scenes on reaction videos, I instantly hear in my head "bomchickawahwah" lol.. and when I heard it.. JerBear starts dancing

yeah i think a lot of people didn't care for this ep. the only things that save it for me are Sam's reactions to Dean/Cassie and how adorable Dean is around her as well as the mothers tale about what happened in the past. That actress totally sold it to me and every time i watch she gets me emotional.

Overall it is sort of a meh episode but it's worth it for the outstanding performance by the actress who played Cassie's mom, and for the interaction between the brothers.

I like the race storyline and the Dean and Cassie relationship but wish the big bad of the episode was not depicted as a truck!

Sam is the only reason to watch this episode more than once.

Maybe I’m in the minority here but… I think this one is just a mess, which sucks because I really like Cassie. The writers of this ep are my least favorite recurring writing duo (Eugenie Ross-Lemming and Brad Buckner, aka Buck-Lemming) in the entire series. Thankfully, they won’t be back again to subject us to their writing until season seven. According to SuperWiki, these two were were brought in to write the episode at the request of Eric Kripke after "losing a script" (however that happens) during production. They needed an emergency replacement script finished in a week to take its place. The original concept they came up with was essentially a 42 minute car chase, which wasn’t possible because of time and budget constraints. The episode location was originally set in rural Mississippi. Since it’s nearly impossible to recreate spring Mississippi weather while filming in late fall in Vancouver, they changed it to Missouri. However, this change resulted in completely incoherent and inconsistent setting and background details. For example, the huge “live crab” sign in the scene where they’re interviewing the two men at the docks, implying that this town is part of the crabbing industry and/or is anywhere near the ocean. Why does a (sigh) ghost truck from the 1960’s look like something that belongs in a monster truck rally? The songs from the original airing of this episode are: James Gang - Walk Away (plays at the gas station, when Cassie first calls Dean) Bad Company - She Brings Me Love (plays during the WAY too long love scene between Dean and Cassie) Blind Faith - Can't Find My Way Home (plays at the end of the episode, when Dean puts on his sunglasses)

This ep is eh, only watched it once

This episode was okay, but def. one of my least favorites. The case itself wasn't all that interesting or exciting and it didn't involve the boys themselves too much. Cassie was okay, she's a cute girl but I don't think her and Jensen had chemistry together. And that relationship felt very tacked on and out of the blue. Now Dean has kissed 2 characters on the show. Let's keep a tally.
