Jared had actually injured his arm during shooting so they had to write in a reason for Sam to wear the sling. That's why there was the dialogue about some demon hurting Sam's shoulder.

Marko, I have to tell you this, because you’re certainly deserving. I have watched many, many people react to supernatural, and you are by far my favorite supernatural reactor. Your intelligence, your emotion, and your pure, unbridled enthusiasm make every reaction worth watching. Very good premiere. I always love Crowley. I am hesitant about the angle stuff and wonder how fast the army guys loses his tough stuff. Dark Dean is rather scary.

I don't like Dean like that. he just hits everyone indiscriminately, like a grizzly bear. Dean's personal enemy hurts Sam, and he leaves his brother to deal with it alone. Dean has lost his personality, it’s no longer him, but just some typical Demon.

I know I Hate Demon Dean! Just like I hate Soulless Sam (even though he's admittedly a sociopath he's tamer than demon Dean) I hate it when the brothers turn evil, no matter how good their one liners are

Spoiler alert ..... It's a known fact dean can't sing so in season 15 ep. 7 Last Call. It's not dean singing it's clearly jenson

Or has Dean just never really tried, put it on? I mean even in earlier seasons he sings badly but still has good tone..
