did you ever notice that SuperNote spelled backwards is "etoNrepuS". If you google that word, you get: Your search - etonrepus backwards - did not match any documents. If you breathe like that before you try to hold a note or just hold your breathe you won't hold it as long as you can. Doing so causes your brain to think it's not getting enough oxygen. It's better to just do it off the bat.
