The SuperStor Pro indirect water heater is a culmination of over 25 years of indirect system manufacturing experience. Built using high quality 316L stainless steel materials, the tank and heat exchanger eliminate the need for anode rods, resist corrosion, and allow for the system to be virtually maintenance free. The corrugated heat exchanger draws energy from a boiler to heat the domestic hot water with an extremely low pressure drop. How do your stainless welds hold up after years of expansion and contraction? Stainless water tanks susceptible to weld cracking and leaks. Most importantly, what's the warranty, and does the supply house charge a fee to "handle" the warranty?

Because they are crap! NTI is worse. Run, run, run from this steel nightmare! Heat exchanger FAILS quickly.

Does this tank still need a pressure tank on the cold water line if you have backflow preventers

hi, i had HTP tank model # SSC-50 REV/REL # 003/005, recently my pressure relief valve keep releasing the pressure , now i found out that my cooled line on the tank keep feeding to my boiler, us i understood this is separate line. how i solve the issue....

The heat transfer can be improved by useing Helical stainless steel tube instead of corrugated. Our Helical coils come with UL water qaulity certification, as our coils are used to deliver hot water at mains pressure INDIRECT, with the store heated direct from a range of hot water heaters, like solar thermal, PVT, gas/oil boiler, electrical or heat pumps or a mix

Make nice indirects too bad the warranty issue is so hard and so bad. I no longer will install super stor could not even get my own warrantied without paying the wholesaler close to $300 that was the end for me.
