And then that yacht also has a tender in the garage. I still have friends that are in yachting and we were talking about this very thing. I asked him why some of these like Octopus, Ulysses and IJE all have yachts as tenders. When I was a deckhand, that was unheard of. He said that on Ulysses if the owner wants to get into a smaller port, since they are so big, they'll take the smaller yacht, or if they have guests that want to go off on their own adventures and then fishing is the other one. I guess on Ulysses, when you charter the yacht they will take up to 6 guests and 4 crew out on the yacht to go fishing for a couple days.

@@MR1977.this is standard for most passenger ships the have life boats. because it holds 30 guests it's technically considered a passenger ship.

Lmfao overkill? Look at this boat. It probably has a crew of 60+ everything about it screams overkill that's the idea. I love the "tenders" one of which looks to be about 55' and the console with quads looks to be around 40' and the RHIB doesn't look too much smaller. I just want to see how they launch the normal yacht that would look impressive by itself at a marina off of the bow. That crane has to be impressive

Correct there was 2 built by the same owner. This one is 10metres longer than the first.

reading the comments can help. The other boats are so they can still go into ports where the larger yacht wont fit. And if people want to take the smaller yacht out for an excursion while others stay behind on the larger yacht. Someone pointed out that a yacht that size probably has a crew numbering in the dozens as well.

@@tommywolfe2706 can’t fix stupid. How many freaking boats do you really need to accomplish the mission. Plenty of much better and effective yachts out there. This one just does not make any sense.
