If you are working on getting your foster care license or waiting for a placement call, I'm sure you are in the preparation stages of getting your home stocked and ready. In this video I show the items that I have accumulated and keep on hand for foster care. I am licensed for 0-2, so these items are baby and toddler related.

I’m 12... I’m an only child and I really want a baby sister. I convinced my mom to foster a baby girl and then maybe consider adopting I’m so excited!!!

Tip : if you don’t know whether your child placement will be a boy or girl try gender neutral colors If you don’t want to bathe the child In the sink or you feel the tub is too deep trying purchasing a baby bath tub

I am starting the foster care process! We are so excited! how soon could we start buying things? i think we will take the classes in April. what do you recommend?

What age range are you? It was easier for us to buy things because we only had to prepare for babies and toddlers so we didn’t have to buy as much. We bought a used swing and a couple other equipment pieces used first 😍 And then just little things & pajamas in different sizes. I waited until right before we were licensed because it took about 5 months :) but you can do it whenever works for you!

Kate and Drew Our age is 0-1😇 I am thinking of buying used items on fb. I think our will too about 4-5 months but we are new parent so I think we’ll buy little by little. Which we are super excited to do 💕 your videos have a lot of good information, thank you!
