Hi Rob, I do believe the three major KPI's in Supply Chain are: Delivery Performance OTIF (On time In Full) as you mentioned in the video, Backlog development = Past Due Orders and of course Inventory (either days on hand or turn or however you want to measure it)..
@@supplychainsecrets Hi Rob, do you have any video related to different types of picking in depth and the pros and cons of using one over the other. thanks in advance.
@@supplychainsecrets Thank you for feedback. At least you can mention it. At this stage I am interested in order to calculate a Internal DIFOT. In our company even tough our Inventory Av calculated / Wk is 100% in great majority of the cases, I heard many complains about the fact that logistics does not deliver RAW Materials in time to the production. I started to calculate feed qty and I provided to my team reapro qty for every single part take in account Daily Av Consumption, and we still have troubles. On this way I am suspecting that Daily Av Cons is not correct and I intend to review the BOM with my team. Meanwhile I think to create a formula for being able to estimate Internal DIFOT, basically how many time logistics delivered full and in time to the production the RAW Materials, and honestly I can't imagine how? Can you help me out?
DIFOT is really important, but for me also SDOH sounds great. If you manage a warehouse where the stock were chaotically administrated, the best way to optimize is to monitor a trend of your stocks via Stock Days On Hand. What do you think?
