For the support seven go to 2:23, should've put it first given the title! My bad :) Also the Yamato clip got lost for some reason; for a showcase of the damage, check out this short: ru-vid.comJgH_qpKGwb4 Sorry about that!
I think putting the content mentioned in the title a little into the video is fine (and seems to be meta as the algorithm like the retention). You could use the thumbnail to showcase the secondary topics (even if by straight up naming them), which tells the viewer theres not just one topic coming.
This is the type of video ive been dying for in deadlock. Dont need any more "how to be the BEST laner" click bait videos from people with only 10 hrs in the game
This is absolutely golden. It's hard to follow actually what's good and what's not without watching hours of high elo gameplays, and public build list is mostly static. Keep up the great work!
Wow, this is exactly what I wanted, and I didn’t even realize I wanted it until you posted it. It’s to nice to get realtime feedback of what is working in higher mmr games
I love this, if I could make a small suggestion- I think you should frame it at a weather report. It kind of already feels like that, but I think that would make it a lot of fun and pull a lot of people in. Good luck!
Just wanted to say huge congrats on 10k! Unfortunately don’t have the time to catch your streams live very often, but your vods and videos are some of the best and most informative deadlock content out there so I’m really glad you’re growing so fast
those 4 active 1250 spirit items can shut down high net worth enemy early game in a single slot without impacting your build too much... decay abrams, slowhex pocket etc...hv to mirror them on map tho
Love this vid! Really looking forward to seeing more out of this series, even if I don't play a lot of these chars, still really nice to get an actually informed opinion that I can trust
Hey Deathy, great job with the videos. I think it would be useful to track which of the in-game builds are good/meta for each hero (via a video series or spreadsheet). I see highly-upvoted builds that I don't particularly agree with in-game, so it would be nice for beginners/intermediate players to have a curated list of builds available that they can use as a springboard until they understand their hero enough to do it themselves. Thanks and keep the good work!
Minor critique, plz don't wiggle mouse over icons rapidly, the pop up description covers the other items and it makes it hard to pause and look at what items your trying to show. Good vid tho
I've been playing some support viscous. Rescue beam, divine barrier is really funny on this hero. You can drag your teammates when ulting, or drag them an insane amount while theyre in cube and cancelling the pull. Torment pulse works well with this since these items makes you tanky. That on top of mystic slow makes you a menace
I found some tec for melee dynamo when you 1 you can light melee immediately after with no animation and if you hold down leftclick after the one you can get a auto off before the melee also, and when you 2 you can hold melee for a charged melee on the reapear that has no audio which can be sneaky. Ideal combo would be to dash jump at someone 1, shoot, light melee, ult, 1, shoot, melee
Insight into the meta from an actual good player is sick. Now please make a video about how Haze is problematic so Gabe and Icefrog can remove this hero immediately, thanks.
I would've agreed with you a week ago, but recent events have made me change my mind. Haze is not fine and probably does need a nerf, but we'll see!@@Kurdent1
@@Deathy If Haze needs a nerf, then Pocket needs to get removed from the game ;) Haze is a pure glasscannon, she has a single target CC that doesn't interrupt, she doesn't have any mobility skill.
nice video. kinda intrigued about Divine Barrier .. is it really 520 health? because isn't it more often than not that like within a fight (1v1) you're being damaged mostly by one damage type at a time? So like popping it vs a Haze only really gives 260 health as she's dealing mostly weapon dmg?
Yeah unfortunately the footage got lost due to some weird reasons, and I can't re-upload a video to fix it. Still spreads the word at least but not ideal :(
Good video but since the title doesn't clarify that you are a top 0.00001% MMR player any opinions and information are sadly invalidated, thoughts and prayers
the fact that seven had the most broken ult that would kill anything in vicinity of like 50m radius when you pressed one button and it has 6s aoe stun is fkn crazy. He basically has black hole as just a normal ability that will always hit
that haze build is the most generic ive ever seen picked out before lol. its just all the obvious items, except it leaves out spirit strike? nice vid tho
What's the point of abusing builds that will be nerfed? Any ELO is probably linked to character, so you'll just be losing over and over again once it's patched.
it’s a high elo meta guide, meaning the people using the builds are already good at the game and just want the edge needed to win. although like u said if a bad player just picks up a broken build they won’t get any better
the haze build is all the exact same items as every other meta haze build? I guess it's really just delaying ricochet a bit for more earlygame presence?
@@Deathy yeah that's fair... I think the old old old meta was tesla rush, then people moved more to ult build, and rushed rico to replace tesla for farming, and now people are just afk farming rico immediately lol. I tend to take it game by game, enough early items to have presence and then rico as soon as I can do it without leaving my team high and dry
So when the game says something like +6 weapon damage, does that mean like 6 levels of boon scaling? Or is it something else? Cuz there's no way it's just adding 6 flat damage to your gun, right?
Weapon damage is usually % based, not flat damage. The only exception I know of is headshot booster which adds flat damage, but it's on a cooldown to not be broken on high fire rate guns
@@Dyzz21 Yeah and that all makes sense, I guess what I'm saying is that the tooltip makes no sense. What does +6 weapon damage actually mean? Is it 60% extra weapon damage? Why does it not just say 60% weapon damage then? There's no way it's only 6%, and if it was, why not just say that then? I just wanna know the actual formula when I read the tooltip, yknow?
