@@queenbee3647 Was this a joke? I live here in Minnesota. Those were not "protests" they were riots. Businesses that had been there for years, desecrated and burned to the ground. Mobs of people breaking into stores and stealing. People were afraid for their own safety. During the first few days we even had a mandated curfew to not go out past 10 o'clock because it got so bad. Nothing peaceful about it. You must not live anywhere near Minneapolis.

He also never paid us the money he said he would for covid and front line workers. I was a front line worker and never got a dime. He said EVERY front line worker would get a check for 2 grand. Then it dwindled down to only 300 dollars. And changed from every front line worker to only SELECT front line workers. He was supposed to give us more covid checks tooo, but we never saw them. Instead, he chose to pay off the US bank stadium, which didn't even have to be paid in full until 2046. People can look that one up. He literally chose to pay off a STADIUM 23 years early , than pay his people what he promised during his campaigning. Also, his approach during the lockdowns and during the 2020 riots, people aren't too happy with him to say the least. Most of us here were counting down the days until we can vote to get him out.

Minnesota is heaven compared to Iowa. I've never even heard of anyone wanting to go to Iowa for vacation. I had to travel to Waterloo, Iowa for work one time and I was told it was a nice part of Iowa....it was as if depression was a town. Math might be hard for you but a surplus is good. He raised taxes on corporations and regular people in Minnesota got benefits like hot lunches for their kids. Trump lowered taxes on the wealthy, working folks are as poor as ever, and the country is dilapidated because there wasn't money for infrastructure, health care, education because that's what paid for the tax cuts and we went even further into debt.
