Joshua is lovely, grateful, cheerful boy.

That segment with those kids selling rice cakes really struck a chord close to heart. At about rhe same age as Josh, I used also to sell those bibingkas on the streets on at Tondo. I am now an engineer and businessman in Florida and am reminded again of those wonderful memories of what I was and had become. I am certain that those kids, esp Josh, will go a long way in their lives. I don't know Josh but I am just so proud of his values as a young friend and entrepreneur. I have watched that segment with Josh at the embarassing amount of time already lol. I sincerelty salute Josh' parents for raising him as a pleasant person with strong positive principles and ethics.

Santol juice is perfect refreshment; it eases the day's body heat. seeds are drop in a glass of water and little bron sugar orhoney is added andthe drink is chiled. meat is bitter but a few grated floaters add to the zing of the drink.

the santol not only the white seeded part you can eat. what we do is we peel it off like maybe 10-20% off tge skin part and still eat some of it. good to eat with salt some dip in soy sauce

You can peel off the skin of the "santol" and eat the flesh, as is, or with a small amount of salt and/or vinegar or chilli.
