You know, it's like Germany and rest of the world saying that enemies are down bad and wrong during WW2: germans had superiority complex and tired of paying reparations and rest of the world is well bad, because one country made them all shatter almost completely
@@peanut_1375 technically we are as we kill things that are not affiliated with yharim such as the queen bee slime king big plant golem which were just chillin not really bothering anyone
@@thingguy7771 indeed, though we had to stop moon lord, an in order to do so, we had to kill them, then kill the lunatic cultist, making the lunar events happen, destroy the pillars, then stop moon lord
updating post: i'll miss dokuro being part of the team for calamity, the work done on the soundtrack was brilliant. but it's nice that they will be working on other projects that they enjoy and CDM's contributions so far have been great
Me and my two friends just did thee most scuffed revengence mode supreme calamitas. We all died like 10 times, it was hilarious. We did beat her though, that was cool
your comment inspired me and my friends to do a playtrough on death mode, we literally just finished and we were stuck a month on plaguebringer goliath
It's characters like Calamitas that have me convinced they were thought up of first. Like the whole story might not revolve around them, but they were definitely meant to be the main character at some point.
some of the comments below got me thinking: Which boss would be more powerful IN LORE? I think either the Devourer of Gods or Supreme Calamitas. It really depends on at what time you would do this. like at the time that you face D.O.G, I would say that SCal is more powerful. BUT if you were to give D.O.G more time to eat & grow, then he might eventually surpass SCal maybe even devouring her at some point in time. The Metastasis weapon proves that the theory above may be true, if D.O.G were given enough time to devour.
@@clamdeity Void. Ceasseless Void is the strongest being on Calamity Mod. It isn't even subyugated to the DoGs. It's a brainless and uncontrollable lifeform that happens to benefit the DoG, with enough power to erase the entire terraria universe into a tiny black dot.
While that is true, somewhere on the lore which i cant remember, yharim states that at some point he would have killed the devourer for being too powerful, this likely would have happened before it became stronger than scal so it wouldnt get the chance to eat her and fight yharim
i'd say it goes like this DOG>calamatus>yharim considering they both still follow yharim despite being willing to stab him in the back shows that he's more powerful then them
it was a 12 minutes straight of collective masterpiece. Dokuro really made scal theme feel different from any other bosses. You just bop with other boss musics while this..... the theme itself makes you feel burdened.
The end has come The witch and the prophecy Deciding fates with the world on the line Who shall emerge From the ashes of calamity? How shall this fable end through these legends intertwined?
End of reasoning Carnage and pain A feral sense of dominance As all the blood melts into rain A clash of history In blood, sweats and tears This war will cause our world to change And will be remembered through the years
Unpopular hot take: Dokuro was an amazing composer, but he was a terrible singer. His voice doesn't fit Yharon or Calamitas at all, his lyrics are mediocre at best, and the way he'll 'break' the melody's tempo doesn't add to the song at all; if anything, it makes the way it's composed seem a lot more amateur.
He wasn't a trash singer. He wasn't amazing at it, but he was decent with vocals and the Yharon lyrics weren't that bad. Also, if you have to call a take hot AND unpopular, it's just kinda... idk man. Is it even a take at that point?
