*As per the Constitution of India. Judiciary is an independent Constitutional Body. It's a constitutional duty of judiciary to protect and to interpret the Constitution of India* *Under Separation of Powers, legislature and executive have no right to interfere in the working of Judiciary.*
Its not strict separation of power....the existence of "collegium system" without a "Representative" from executive and legislature itself goes against the very foundation of democracy making it unconstitutional🫠
@@exboyfriend8232based on my limited knowledge on politics Philosophy, the doctrine of representation is a core principle of legislature as well as executive in a representative democracy. BUT the branch of judiciary is concerned primarily in the upholding of justice and primarily by the individuals who are well versed with the science of jurisdiction. It can be anyone from any background, not necessarily have to representative. Your argument could have been stronger, had you talked about lack of transparency in the collegium recruitment and the circulation of elites principle. But even then, reforms can be made even in the existing collegium system without actually toppling it altogether.
Finally woke virus should be defeated, don't get me wrong one person privacy n sexual orientation is all ok but pushing propaganda without taking account social acceptance n comparing US as it is with India shows grassroots disconnect...as some one mentioned u can't impose change because young ones feels so sorry!
