I think this is a win for our democracy and an important pointer to where we want our democracy to go to. It will be an unfortunate time to have campaigns for another 3 months but we can manage.

I like the direction of the court. Yes voting is a fundamental constitutional right but the processes be adhered to strictly else, it will be an affront to the constitution and democracy.

For Justice Njoki Ndungu, there's no law or constitutional provision that requires elections be conducted "properly". She demonstrates pathetic jurisprudence and lack of caliber to be a supreme court judge.
Vincent there's also no law requiring petition verdict to be unanimous and your argument makes the petition redudnant .It makes a bad impression on you that you also attack her personally.
Of course we knew all along she would disagree with the other judges. She was caught on camera drinking with the Jubilee party. No Supreme Judge should ever take sides but be fair to all. Makes me wonder how she was chosen to be a Supreme judge. Who knows she might have been paid and so she had to make this statement. All i can say is God is great and Good is Winning over Bad.

For there to be peace in Kenya, there must be rotational presidency. Each province or tribe, to pick a leader, and for two years only. The rest concentrate on your work for the next 23 years. So Kenya will prosper. Thanks.
It seems that the most important factor has been lost in all this. The election is not a contest between individuals, but between issues. Also the greatest celebration in this petition is that Kenya is developing strong institutions and making bold steps towards becoming a functional democracy. One day you and I will be able to take a corporation to court for wrong doing and expect a fair judgement. The judgement was not that Uhuru lost, but there were irregularities.
Let our independent IEBC do its work as directed by our honoured independent supreme court and we shall prove again the significance of numbers to those who are ignorant of the same.
Now Jubilee supporters know what's like to lose and the disappointment that comes with it. But don't lose heart, just turn out in great numbers and re-elect President Uhuru.
I believe this ruling is God-send, that will not only heal the nation, but also restore faith in our legal system solidifying that you can get justice without taking to the streets in mass actions and violence. Have said that, Uhuru will still come out victorious after the re-run, and in that event, Kenyans will accept the will of people.
