I am proud of the Chief Justice of India. The decision has been given amidst heavy pressure, within the ambit of constitutional rules. You are proving that the country runs on constitutional values and ideals. No one can sell the Constitution and the country by making any law as per their wish. To stop that, the country needs a constitutional bench like you. All courts should learn from this constitutional bench. Refund the donated amount to political parties back to the donor as this entire policy of wlectoral bonds is now unconstitutional. Otherwise, there is no level playing field. PIL should be taken up by court itself to scrutinise if there was any foul play by political party with backing of government.

Amending multiple laws to help all this to happen in the light of law, has to be corelated and each one supported this should be punished for serious conspiracy. What benefits did companies get in return for their anonymous donation, should be investigated seriously. A corporate gets waivers, but a farmer doesn't... Are we heading in the right direction?
