Supreme Court of Appeal hears arguments on the legality of euthanasia 

I agree with Mr Clement Mabunda it looks depressing indeed...but this Court hardly put its foot wrong...lots of their judgments dating back 100 yrs ago are still relevant and relied upon by litigants on flesh and blood cases...eg R v Bloem 1939 by Watermeyer JA that case set a basic rule when dealing with Circumstantial evidence some 83yrs ago but still today relied upon. Wallis AJ, the alpha male... The culture in the Supreme Court is quite different from the Constitutional Court. This place looks depressing.
