Supreme Court of Appeal: Interview of Judge M V Phatshoane - Judges Matter (October 2023) 

Commissioner stainberg has not prepared herself to interview the Judge. In her heart she just doesnt want her. Because the issue of time is irrelevant, whether a man or a woman, example is our CJ next to her. The period was not an issue. Lastly she says they are not there, when proven wrong they are now not sufficient. I get worried when women cry for transformation but again destroy each other with not valid reasons. I further disagree that her understanding of law is skewed. Her contribution and experience gained from LAC and High court including her short time having acted would be sufficient enough to grant her the opportunity. She is well rounded but of course a human being like any other.

Where are the labour court interviews???

Commissioner Ngcukaitobi has actually addressed these 2 issues i felt the other commissioners are bringing a confusion on. The issue of the judgment And the issue of a period in a position. Transformation is Transformation even if she goes to SCA.

It literally giving me slaps watching it, what about being interviewed 😢😢😢
