First caste census is important. 2ND Reservation for SC/ST is based on Social & educational backwardness not economic criteria like OBC. 3rd this power only lies with Parliament. 4th If wants to remove Reservation first remove CASTE system because only then one can remove social backwardness.

I am a SC category students. I can say only those family are getting benefitted from reservation who are already well to do. What is your problem with creamy layer. Even if creamy layer is applied, then also reservation will be within SC/STs and it will not benefit those guys who are rich and doesn't need reservation at all.

Bhai jaat do not receive any reservation in central institutions and job, they do get OBC reservation in some States like haryana. But there is a provision of creamy and non creamy layer in OBC and creamy layer= general category only

Mai khud ST se hu or specific MEENA caste se or ye sahi h jinke parents ki income achi h unko reservation nai milna chahiye pr mane aese kai log dekhe hai jo abhi bhi uplift nai kr paye h unko reservation milna chahiye (my opinion)🙏

I have quota but I would say that if ki want to remove reservation, dissolve it but give same respect to us that you give to general caste people, soch toh logo ki Wohi hai aaj bhi jab marriages ki baat aati hai tab kisi ko nahi karni dalit ladka ladki se waise usko financial status se judge karenge. People are forgetting it’s a social representation and not financial or economic representation jispe reservation diya gaya tha.

SC-ST reservation is the guaranty of representation and not POVERTY alleviation scheme. learn the difference first. creamy layer to EWS me hona chahiye jo ki fully unconstitutional hai. SC reservation सारा जाटव खा जाते है अन्य caste को नहीं मिल पता..... और ST reservation मीणा caste खा जाती है ...... यदि एक ही वर्ग मे मुझ किसी का साथ देना हो तो मै हमेशा गरीब का साथ दूंगा क्युकी उसको ज्यादा आवश्यकता है मै अमीर दलित और गरीब दलित मे से गरीब दलित को चुनूंगा..... इसीलिए मै is फैसले का समर्थन करता हु और कई सालो से करता आ रहा हु .....

वर्गीकरण बहुत ज्यादा जरूरी है। जब तक वर्गीकरण नहीं होगा तब तक sc/ st वर्ग के गरीबों के फायदे इसी वर्ग के अमीर लोग खाते रहेंगे। PWD अर्थात दिव्यांग कैटेगरी में भी ए बी सी डी टाइप का चार वर्गों में वर्गीकरण है।

I think its an opinion to states to sub classify SC /ST , not an order. So its now upto the states to conduct caste census and give internal quota to the downtrodden but they have to give justfiable policies to entact it. From my POV , I think it will take atleast an year to implement this or maybe more. Because its upto the states when they are going to take next step , some may implement this year , some may noy implement it ever. Now its upto political parties. If the leading party gets majority vote from a certain caste which is/isnt uplifted then ofcourse that state is not going to deprieve them.

The conclusion I got it from is indirectly SC, ST reservation is being made an Economical reservation. And Not discrimination wise. But in reality SC,ST reservation is not an Economical reservation. By sub categorisation who will get how much percentage of reservation is going to be determined by their financial position and thus trying to put an "indirect" creamy layer. If you make the change and give a certain caste a certain percentage on the basis of financial position. Are you saying this indicates that particular cast's social status has been changed just because a few of those particular castes are in a better economic position? The answer is clearly - NO. Still in our society untouchability exists no matter their social status. Cast is still a base for social marriages not the financial position of the same. Even today childrens are being seated separately on the basis of their cast. In certain temples even today SC , STs can't enter. So clearly the economical situation of a particular caste is not the denominator of their social position in our country..

Reservation is not a poverty alleviation scheme. It's about representation. As per this judgement, dalit communities won't face caste discrimination from today because they're "uplifted SCs", is it guaranteed by Chandrachud, Gavai, Sharma, Nath, Misra, Mithal? This Chola caste system .Implemented in 10th century to destroy dalit unity in South india .after this next 1000 years untouchable caste never growing. 1994 this was used in Andhra Pradesh against dalit unity. मान लीजिए कि एक अनुसूचित जाति का व्यक्ति एक निजी कंपनी में काम करता है और प्रति वर्ष 12 लाख कमाता है। वह क्रीमी लेयर के अंतर्गत आ रहे हैं. अगर व्यक्ति को कंपनी ने नौकरी से हटा दिया है या वह रिटायर हो गया है तो क्रीमी लेयर का क्या होगा. जब तक उसे दूसरी नौकरी नहीं मिल जाती तब तक उसका वेतन शून्य हो जाएगा। फिर भी छुआछूत चरम पर है। अभी तक कोई अनुसूचित जाति का व्यक्ति सुप्रीम कोर्ट का मुख्य न्यायाधीश नहीं बन सका है. अभी भी कई मंदिरों में अनुसूचित जाति का व्यक्ति भी प्रवेश नहीं कर सकता।

Simple solution, dissolve caste system reservation will directly come to an end .... pass bill to abolish caste treat every individual as indian not caste grp, give 15% reservation to those who satisfy ews category but once they get food earning job it should be abolished to... thats all
