I know that the Supreme Court has tipped the hand of how they’re going to rule about the immunity after this ruling there is no justice in America anymore. I’ve lost all faith. I’m going to vote Democrat and hope and pray Joe Biden and Kamala Harris wins reelection, and we retake the House of Representatives and we retain the Senate
they will have to rule in such a way to advantage Trump, but not Biden. Maybe a delay to see which way the election turns or to define it in some twisted, tortured, narrow way.
@@Vulcanerd They could just say every president prior to today's ruling is considered completly immune, since no prior administrations were explicitly aware that they wouldn't have full immunity, however, as of today presidents are put on notice that they don't have complete immunity so beware. Then boom, trump is protected and biden is prevented from seal-team-6ing trump.
Don't need a Supreme Court if you are President and have complete immunity, so the SC will go bye bye. Same with Congress. A dictator doesn't have a need for them either. Careful what you vote for. Democracy or Dictatorship?

First off, we voted for this, all of it. Not me, I voted for the other guy, but I still must live with (through) this minority decision. I’m talking about all who implicitly or explicitly voted for the now convicted felon. As an Australian I have a couple of questions. Once Biden gets in, will the democrats have control of both Houses? Can those justices of the supreme court who have clearly shown favouritism for Trump, can those justices after impeachment be charged criminally? God bless
Dem control of the houses is based on their own, separate elections. Impeaching a SCOTUS judge is effectively impossible - unless, possibly, it is initiated by another member of that Court. One thing Biden could do is to expand the Supreme Court to 13 Justices and fill all of the new seats. In the past, such expansion has been justified by "We have X Federal Court Districts, so we should have the same number of SC Justices." AFAIK, this is how it was expanded to 9 many years ago.

There is a way to file complaints about judges per Glenn Kirschner, former prosecutor. He initially said against Aileen Cannon couple days later said could do the same w scotus. I'm going to do cannon, alito, Thomas and Roberts... for not being a real Chief! Glenn has step by step instructions on Justice Matters podcast "Judge Aileen Cannon's Bias is Showing". He spoke about scotus on Brian Taylor Cohen vid, I think was titled"prosecutos take on supreme court amid new scandal. There is a form to fill out for each judge you may want to complain abot...😉

They should be charged with insurrection with its 10 year penalty. Courts have found that it was an insurrection on J6. The supreme court has heard cases that depended on J6 being an insurrection. They didn't overturn. If the defendant was found to have committed the acts required to obstruct at the location of and during an insurrection, no evidence needs to be gathered.
What' they decide for trump should apply to Biden. When they try to certify their ill gotten win throw the Republicans and all their fellow traitors on the Supreme Court in jail!

Gee, what's new? They've been nitpicking to death lots of stuff that had been business as usual for years. I stated years ago that for every law that was created they somehow would also make sure there would be a loophole in it so shady people could skate through them. So back to an almost do nothing Congress to fix things like this.

I agree they were improperly charged. They all should be charged with sedition since treason is such a high legal bar to reach. All other charges should just be gravy. If you passed the barriers or entered the building that should be enough evidence to demand the verdict of guilty.
