SC had not converted to other religions because of reservation. If reservation to few people among SC are not provided then they will convert to other religions 😂😂😂 thus leading to Hinduism becoming a minority. This will also impact Hindu vote Bank. Sub-categorization could dilute the overall reservation percentage for SCs and STs, potentially reducing their opportunities. This concern is valid; dividing a fixed percentage of reservations among sub-castes might reduce the benefits for each group compared to a unified allocation. This is something that SC/ST communities should observe very clearly and not be fooled. This sub-categorization of SC/ST is a big game plan by the BJP solely for vote bank politics. Everyone knows it is the BJP leaders’ agenda to remove reservations; they are behind this and are 1000000% behind the Supreme Court judgment because they lack the courage to do it directly in front of SC/ST people and might lose votes. Instead of all castes getting 15%, now they will get 3%, 5%, and 7% each. The BJP knows no Muslim/SC/ST/Christian will vote for them. Depending on the state-wise population of Scheduled Castes, which are more in number, they will allot higher reservations to them because they need only the votes of the SC sub-caste with a larger population. If they don’t sub-categorize, they will get 0% vote share. If they sub-categorize, they will at least get 25% vote share from the SC sub-caste that was allotted a higher percentage of reservation. For example, in Andhra Pradesh, if none of the 74 lakh SC caste people voted for the BJP, after sub-categorization, if the Mala population is 40 lakh and the Madiga population is 34 lakh, they will get all 34 lakh Madiga votes if Madiga is given 7/15% and Mala 5/15%. But in reality, both Mala and Madiga have 15% chance without sub-categorization. They are indirectly reducing opportunities for both castes, as now it becomes 7% and 5% each, with 3% for others. Why are they giving 10% to EWS in the OC category? OC now has 50% seats and an extra 10%, making it essentially 60% in total seats. Why can’t they reduce OC seats to 40% and make OC + EWS 50%? No, they won’t do it because they favor the upper castes. Their major vote bank is the upper castes. There is no provision in the constitution for reservation for OC castes. Okay, fine, they made it because they are poor. Why are they assuming certain castes in SC or ST are completely rich? They are forgetting the main purpose why reservation was introduced by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar in the first place. It was because of social backwardness, the horrible insults, and the lack of opportunities to study and earn which all SC and ST people were robbed of for 1000 years, since Brahmins changed the mindsets of kings using Manusmriti and the varna system and kept us SCs as untouchables, not allowed to study, not allowed to marry by choice, not allowed to earn, and forced to be laborers and servants, and boycotted from the entire society. For 1000 years, from 100 AD to 1933 (when reservation concepts started), we faced discrimination. The fruits of reservation only started to bear results in the early 2000s; only one or two generations could move from socially backward to normal (my grandfather, my dad). So, you basically oppressed us and deprived us for 1000 years, or 15 generations, but won’t let the fruits of reservations fix and heal our status for even two or three generations? Do you think all discrimination and economic backwardness have vanished in just 75 years of independence? Remember, if our ancestors and grandparents had been in a much higher social and economic status, if Brahmins hadn’t introduced this horrifying caste concept, we would not even have needed reservation. If you truly want to remove reservations, remove the entire concept of caste itself! For the injustice my grandparents and ancestors suffered, we would need reservations at least for another 75 years to undo the damage and trauma of our economic, social, and mental status from all those 1000 years of backwardness and torture. Also, why do OC people complain about SC/ST reservations? You have 60% seats and chances to get, but you keep complaining about the 15% reservation for SC/ST. Focus on OBCs and EWS instead. We do not support this because it will not help any SC or ST or any sub-caste under it in any manner. It is better each caste has the whole 15% than breaking it down. Remember not to let the vote bank politics of BJP/Congress/TDP deceive you and disunite you among yourselves. Why are the majority of 7-member panels in the Supreme Court Brahmins and why are 70% OC in the courts? Why is this being implemented all of a sudden? Everyone knows BJP leaders and their agenda to remove reservations are behind it, and they are 1000000% behind the Supreme Court judgment because they don’t have the courage to do it directly in front of SC/ST people.

The so-called senior IAS officer didn’t try to uplift the SC/STs by utilising the total allocated budget without any diversion and malpractice. Reservation... there are two aspects one is social equality and another is financial. Caste based reservation is required because SC/STs are denied equal social status and education for centuries and for them to get educated and get equal social status. And this includes classification among them. Secondly reservation is sought based on financial position, i.e creamy and non-creamy layer. This is a bit debatable. Because even if you provide reservation to non- creamy layer, if they can get past that non- creamy layer status after 1st generation or 2nd, then others can also be benefited. So instead of creamy or non- creamy layer, if we ask the elected governments to provide quality education to all without resorting to private schools, all will get quality education, equally whether creamy or non creamy. Also better Healthcare facilities, roads and infrastructure for commuting with our taxes, will reduce the burden for all those who are reserved or non reserved categories or for that matter to all. Why we are not thinking of the root cause for this discrimination and the culprits behind that. Even Dr. Ambedkar has told that education only will get us out of this imba.
