To say the obvious: the government wants every detail about the income of the common man or a society or Trust. Not disclosing invites penalties. On the other hand, the ruling class likes to think that such rules don't apply to them, a very undemocratic attitude.

If yes, act against them. 3) Is Harish Dalvi purposely delaying the process of revealing data that is against the constitution of India? If yes, hold him responsible as an accomplice. When ED or other agencies ask the same bank the transaction details of opposition leaders or even a common man they share tge details in no time. When supreme court ask details of a sensitive money transaction between riich business men and political parties they come up with all kinds of excuses.
