I was going to buy this combo from Amazon, but I was worried about the blade quality and compatibility. I recently tried out a Li-Ion hair clipper from Wahl and I will never go back to corded, but the charging cable is proprietary (as usual). Still a great clipper, better than my old corded one. Then, I found a USB-c type (T-blade) beard trimmer from Ritter. It works really well. I just love it! They don't sell a usb-c hair clipper at the moment. So, I'm still trying to find the best clipper/ trimmer combo. I did try out a Suprent beard trimmer with an adjustable comb a while back. It also had a USB-c charging function. The build and ergonomic quality is very bad against my old Braun beard trimmer with the same options. When are more manufacturers going to make the switch over to universal USB-option charging options? It would be nice to consolidate charging cords into one instead of 2 or 3.
