#سورة الرحمن :
کسی بھی بیماری کے لیے آپ سورةالرحمن سن سکتے ہیں۔ اس کا طریقہ یہ ہے:
ایک گلاس پانی کا اپنے پاسس رکھ لیں۔
اپنی آنکھوں کو بند کریں اور اپنے آپ کو اللہ کے سامنے تصور کریں۔
اورسور ة الرحمن سنیں۔
جب سورة پوری ہو جائے تو آنکھیں کھول لیں اور آدھا گلاس پانی پی لیں۔
پھر آنکھیں بند کر لیں اور اپنے دل میں تین بار اللہ کہیں۔
پھر آنکھیں کھول لیں اور باقی پانی کو تین گھونٹ میں پی لیں۔ یہ عمل دن میں 3 بار کریں اور سات دن تک جاری رکھیں۔
اگر آپ کو کوئی بیماری نہیں ہے تو بھی اک بار کر لیں، بیماری آپ سے دور رہے گی۔ انشا اللہ -
For any illness, you can recite Surah Ar-Rahman. Here's how:
1. Keep a glass of water in front of you.
2. Close your eyes and imagine yourself in front of Allah.
3. Recite Surah Ar-Rahman. When you finish, open your eyes.
4. Drink half the glass of water.
5. Close your eyes again and say "Allah" three times in your heart.
6. Open your eyes and drink the remaining water in three sips.
Repeat this process three times a day for seven days. Even if you're not ill, doing this once can help keep diseases away from you, InshaAllah
