@@milaanvigraham8664 Himalaya is far ahead of Switzerland, the Himalayas are much more imposing and beautiful than the Swiss mountains. There is nothing like Ladakh in all of Switzerland. The highest peak in Switzerland does not exceed 4000 meters but switzeland stay very beautiful especially for such a small country.

Less random rocks, clean uniform grass 4. Human settlements are much neater and beautiful than the Indian human settlements in the mountains 5. They don't have anything like Ladakh, yes. That makes the Himalayas more diverse and exciting, but that doesn't make it more beautiful, in my opinion

@@milaanvigraham8664 everyone has their own opinion but in terms of precipitation the Himalayas receive more precipitation than Switzerland, this is why biodiversity is higher in the Himalayas, especially in Sikkim and the northeast. the Himalayas are a biodiversity hotspot. The northeastern regions of Nepal or Sikkim or the regions of Arunashal Pradesh are mountainous regions of temperate rainforest. no forest in Switzerland has rainforest. Gangtok has 3 times more precipitation than Zurich. Ladakh and Tibet are also much more beautiful and vast than the Swiss mountains, whether in terms of pure beauty, Tibet or Ladakh have regions that look like Mars, Switzerland is beautiful but cannot compete with the himalaya. I could have continued by talking about the Himalayan glaciers of Pakistan and India, which are among the largest glaciers in the world.

its all because of population just compare Switzerland and India in population per sq km. if life was easy here then on a big land mass like this there would have been so many plots and colonies, malls, multiplexes and hoards of people who have absolutely no regard of anything or anyone let alone nature . Our perception of development is that any place is by default backward if there are no traffic jams, scams and natives have a sense of belonging and feel like sons of the soil its so awfully unacceptable in these modern times and of course its against the theory of development we follow..

For Heaven's sake leave these places as is without giving easy access to dirty noisy tourists. Fortunately we still have loads of untouched wild zones in india which should be preserved as is.
