You said right water also plays great role in prepared food. Now as water of Ahmedabad since water started from Mahi river now you do not get same taste of Naan ,or any baking item same as we use to get when water was from river Sabarmati.

Sir did you check your cholesterol after leaving Surat. I mean when you got back to your town after a month. Cheese butter all unhealthy stuffs but cardiac doctors may be very happy in Gujarat 😊
