I am from Rander, there was only one corona positive case and no other corona positive case nor any corona death also one patient who already recovered and still whole Rander area has been mass quarantined while other areas of surat city and Ramnagar area where one corona death and other corona cases found which is not quarantined dispite shops are opened there without any social distancing. The areas where more than one corona positive cases found and also corona death happened but those areas are not mass quarantined and Rander area where is not even single corona active case has been quarantined. Rander area is still mass quarantined even though CM Vijay Rupani clearly declared on 18th may 2020 that shops can be opened in containment areas from 8:00Am to 3:00PM in Lockdown 4.0 but Rander is still mass quarantined while Ramnagar area had couple of corona cases and one corona death and this area is open in lockdown 4.0 all shops are opened and people shop there without social distancing I have recorded videos of it. Where corona death has happened is open to public without social distancing maintenance and Rander area which had only one case which is recovered and no other cases in last one and half month but this area is mass quarantined.
