so basically, this is just another map with the style of omnific

+S probably omnific or sinsane. both are super hard maps. I know stuff like juched, dionysus and more are tough just don't think they beat sinsane and omnific. omnific probably isn't the hardest when surfing the stages individually but as a linear it's insanely hard.

coolpantsmcgee sinsane is harder overall but i dont think its harder then one-shotting omnific. also these maps arent really comparable because they require totally diffent surf styles like sinsane is much tighter then omnific. its omnifics lenght that makes it hard

+SPALEX Because it's 50% maxvel if you're doing a run and quite a lot air time, just like omnific. Not a fan of this at all, I didn't really like omnific either but at least it was a huge challenge to me. And judging from the reactions on the server when it got added I'm not alone with that opinion, quite a few people complained about the map. It's nothing personal about you, Arblarg, I don't even know you. Just your maps.

Kitsune^2 is my desired aesthetic for the kitsune series, the original map was just a little side project that I didn't expect to go anywhere. Fast forward 3 years and laugh at how wrong I was.

+FPS god don't worry, my target spec is tested on a laptop with Haswell grade integrated graphics. Kitsune cubed would more than likely look and perform very similar to Kitsune squared.

With the attention given to custom gamemodes in the most recent counter strike installment I would agree with you. Although if they make something really open source and/or devote an entire section for surf and the rest of the custom playerbase, one could achieve great things. If we ever reach the first step of valve actually listening and working together with the community.

I obv thought it was a fake at first but you showed great map knowledge, was from the US on an norwegian server, had the same picture as this one and left just as we changed and I realized. Or else I would have said something dude we all just surfed with the creator of the damn map and no one knew!
